Abstract

Dispenser box (1) for paper bags with rigid handles (2a) has a parallelepiped body (1a) and a detachable lid (1b) attached by a pre-cut band (1c). The lid is made of panels forming an opening for the handles.

Description

The invention relates to the technical sector of packaging and packaging of paper bags.

More particularly the invention relates to transport, storage and the distribution of bags with handles, said handle being rigid or flat to the outside of the bag. The placement of handle paper bags having a some rigidity or being flat in parallelepiped cardboard boxes is known per se. The determined number of bags is packaged and stored in the box. The bags are accessed either by opening and pivoting a cover, either by detaching the cover from the body the packaging using a self-detaching strip of the type described in document FR 1 258 871 A. According to this layout works the bags are correctly stored in the boxes; these can be stacked, stacked during transport in large quantities.

The problem with this particular implementation is the visual identification of the bag and its handle. We must then consider a particular cut in the blank of the box and systematically remove the cover to check the nature of the handle. This last provision presents a certain constraint because for buyers and users, characteristics of the handle have some importance. The applicant has himself developed paper bag dispenser boxes with handle rigid leaving said handles free. In practice, such arrangements prove to be impractical because the handles are very quickly damaged. The storage and stacking of boxes is not always easy.

The aim sought after according to the invention was therefore to remedy these disadvantages of the prior art by seeking a new concept of dispensing and storage boxes for paper bags, with a handle rigid or flat which allows both storage and stacking of boxes, immediate visualization of the handles even when they are transport and stacking of boxes without risk of damage to the handles associated with them.

Another object sought after according to the invention was to design a box practical dispenser to be handled by all parties involved, at all stages of handling, storage and use in final stages. These goals and still others will emerge well from the rest of the description.

According to a first characteristic of the invention, the box dispenser for paper bags with rigid or flat handle outside the bag of the type has a parallel body for storage and storage paper bag and a cover connected to said body by a detachable strip, said cover being arranged with means under form of panels with several foldable panels arranged on either side of a plurality of adjacent bag handles stored in the body of box and in the free areas located on either side of said handles, these means in the form of panels being folded so as to constitute blocks for centering, wedging and holding a handle, and wedging in height of the bags, also constituting horizontal support panels for stacking and stacking boxes together, said blocks being shaped with rigidity to hold the handles of the bags papers.

Preferential characteristics of the invention are described in dependent claims 2 to 7.

In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is described now in a nonlimiting embodiment illustrated in the figures drawings.

The dispenser box is referenced as a whole by (1) and is made of any material offering a certain strength and rigidity such as cardboard. This dispenser box is of rectangular volume and allows the storage of bags (2) with handle (2a). The handles (2a) have a U-shaped configuration, being braided and having in themselves a certain held vertically without sagging, or being flat outside the bag. Thus, on either side of the handles of the bags are determined zones upper (2b) (2c) to the right of the upper opening end of said bags.

The dispenser box includes a body (1a) of large volume for storage of bags and a protective cover (1b) connected to said body by a detachable strip (1c). So this detachable tape has pre-cut lines (1d, le) allowing the cover to be separated from the body of boxes after traction and tearing.

According to the invention, the cover is arranged in an original way with means in the form of panels with several foldable sides and foldable and arranged on either side of a plurality of handles bags (2) adjacent and consecutive. These means are integrated with zones (2b) (2c) located on either side of said handles from the plane upper (PS) for opening the bags (2). Means for many sides constitute a positioning and adjustment of the sides of the blocks of centering, wedging and holding of the handles, and the wedging in height of the bags, also constituting horizontal support panels for stacking and stacking boxes together.

More particularly, the first means is established by being in the extension of each of the short sides (1f-1g) of the box, i.e. two means with three consecutive sections (3a, 3b, 3c). The pan (3a) is adjacent at the short side by a fold line. Its surface corresponds to the free zone (2.b, 2.c) arranged on either side of the bag handles. The pan (3b) is consecutive to the plane (3a) by a fold line and it comes into contact with the strand (2a1) opposite the handle (2a). It contributes to the stability of handles. The pan (3c) is consecutive to the pan (3b) and forms a return; he comes in support on the upper edge of the bag. The pan (3a) present in its part longitudinal median a slot (3a1) of great length located in the axis of the handle plane (2a)

The second plea is established by being an extension of each free zone (2.b-2.c) from the long sides (1m-1n) There are therefore 4 means which are presented with two consecutive sections (4a) (4b). Each pan (4a) is consecutive to the long side by a folding line and comes partially cover the pan (3a) by half part. The pan (4b) extends from the pan (4a) and is intended to be inserted in the slot (3a1) formed on the pan (3a) to come to the vertical of the space (2.b-2.c)

The implementation of the means of their entanglement makes it possible to stiffen the connection obtained by constituting two solid bearing faces allowing the stacking of several boxes. In addition, the upper (2a2) of the handles is located at most in the plane of the sides (3a - 4a) without overflow so that said handles are perfectly profiled.

The dispenser box according to the invention thus offers numerous benefits. It guarantees the protection of the bags and their handle in case of transport, storage. It allows you to view the handles and therefore the type of this which is important for buyers. In addition, transportation a dispenser box is easy, since in this case, it can position the hand and part of the forearm if necessary in the handle band to lift the box.

Another advantage is that the bags are themselves perfectly kept in the box by the means that act to times, pressing against the handle bands and the upper part of the bags.

To facilitate the stacking and stacking of the dispenser boxes tabs (1p) can be arranged in partial overflow of the face higher from the short sides (1a-1b).

In addition, one or more openings are made on the front of the box to view the roll and the graphics of the bag paper.

Claims (7)

1. Distributor box for paper bags with a rigid or flat handle on the outside of the bag of the type comprising a body (1a) shaped like a rectangular box for organising and storing paper bags and a cover (1b) connected to said body by a detachable strip (1c), characterised in that said cover is fitted with means consisting of panels with several foldable sections disposed on either side of a plurality of handles (2a) of adjacent bags (2) stored in the box body and in the free zones (2b-2c) located on either side of said handles, said means (3-4) consisting of panels folded such that they constitute blocks for centring, wedging and holding the handles in place and for wedging the bags at the top and that they also constitute horizontal bearing sections for piling and stacking the boxes together, the shape of said blocks being sufficiently rigid to maintain the shape of the paper bag handles.
2. Distributor box as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the first means are established in the extension of each of short sides (1f-1g) of the box, i.e. two means with three consecutive sections (3a, 3b, 3c).
3. Distributor box as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that section (3a) is adjacent to the short side by a folding line, its surface corresponding to free zones (2b, 2c) disposed on either side of the bag handles,
      and in that section (3b) is consecutive to section (3a) by a folding line and in that it comes into contact with end (2a1) of handle (2a) lying opposite, thus contributing to the stability of the handles
      and in that section (3c) is consecutive to section (3b) and folds back on itself, coming to bear on the upper edge of the bag.
4. Distributor box as claimed in either of claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the longitudinal middle part of section (3a) has a long slit (3a1) located in the axis of the plane of the handles (2a).
5. Distributor box as claimed in any of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the second means are established in the extension of each of free zones (2b-2c) from the long sides (1m-1n)
      and in that each section (4a) is consecutive to the long side by a folding line and covers half of section (3a)
      and in that section (4b) extends from section (4a) and is intended to be inserted in slit (3a1) made in section (3a) to be positioned vertically in space (2b-2c).
6. Distributor box as claimed in any of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the installation of the means and the overlapping rigidifies the link thus obtained while constituting two solid bearing surfaces that enable several boxes to be stacked.
7. Distributor box as claimed in any of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that upper section (2a2) of the handles is located, at maximum, in the plane of sections (3a-4a) without projecting such that the handles remain perfectly shaped.
