The invention relates to the field of boxes assembled as a kit.

There are boxes that can be flattened for storage and transport empty, such as pastry boxes. But most of these folded boxes do not have the rigidity necessary to allow the transport of fragile objects, and have a low quality external appearance, being easily damaged when the boxes are shocked or are found under one or more others heavy objects, which has a disadvantage for the user especially when the boxes are intended to contain a gift and / or a precious object.

There are also boxes made of a thin cardboard covering which is stiffened by plates or strips of corrugated cardboard placed inside the covering; but these boxes, which are intended in particular for the transport of ice cream, are not suitable for the packaging of precious objects and / or gifts because the corrugated cardboard plates or strips, which are visible when the box is opened, give this an unsightly aspect which is inadmissible for the user.

In addition, boxes made from a single folded piece are difficult to effectively close for a user. They generally require the addition of tape or glue in order to keep them closed which, without being a particularly complex step, is a waste of time and requires additional tools for the user having to close the box and for the user in front open the box.

There are also mounted boxes, also called wrapped dress boxes, for shops, such as perfumers, consisting of a receptacle and an independent cover. The receptacle and the lid each comprise a frame of thick and rigid cardboard on which a decorative covering is stuck. These mounted boxes meet the criteria of aesthetics and solidity necessary to contain precious objects and / or gifts. While satisfying the users, these mounted boxes have a large size which requires a significant storage space for shops.

The object of the invention is to provide a rigid, aesthetic box with a reduced footprint.

A box according to the invention is a mounted box, in kit, separately comprising a rigid cover and a folding receptacle for the realization of the mounted box. Thus, the cover which is, by its function, a piece of smaller volume than the receptacle, is rigid and the receptacle, more bulky, is folding, in order to limit the overall dimensions of the box, in order to facilitate and reduce the costs of storing and transporting the box. The presentation of the kit box makes it possible to handle the different parts making up the box independently, to reduce the stresses applied to each of these parts, to facilitate their handling, to optimize the overall dimensions of the box, in particular to reduce costs, and offer an improved and more varied aesthetic appearance.

The term “assembled box” or “wrapped dressed box” means a so-called “luxury” box having a large wall thickness, generally of the order of 0.8 millimeters to 2 millimeters, giving the whole of the box great rigidity. . The assembled box presents an architecture based on the combination of a frame and a covering wrapped on said frame, giving the box a particularly worked finish.

By kit is meant a set of spare parts constituting an object, here the assembled box, which a user can assemble himself in order to constitute the object.

The lid of the mounted cabinet is formed of a rigid frame having a top bordered by at least two first opposite side walls facing each other and by at least two second side walls each extending between said first opposite side walls, the top and the first and second side walls forming an interior space, and a covering covering at least partially the first and second side walls and the top. Thus, the cover of the box comprises a double thickness increasing its solidity while being aesthetic for the user.

The receptacle of the mounted cabinet is formed of a rigid frame having a bottom bordered by at least two first opposite side walls facing each other and by at least two second side walls each extending substantially between said first opposite side walls, and a covering covering at least partially the first and second side walls and the bottom. Thus, the receptacle of the box comprises a double thickness increasing its solidity while being aesthetic for the user.

The first side walls of the receptacle frame include fold and hinge lines. The folding and articulation lines allow the receptacle to be folded and unfolded without causing unsightly damage to said receptacle despite the rigid nature of the frame constituting it.

The receptacle is, in a storage configuration, folded along said fold and hinge lines and housed in the interior space of the cover. Thus, the overall dimensions of the cabinet when the latter is stored is equal to the general dimensions of the lid of the cabinet, which greatly facilitates the storage of the latter and greatly reduces costs.

The receptacle is unfoldable by a user by simple pressure on said first side walls in a three-dimensional receptacle using said folding and articulation lines, capable of containing at least one product in the solid state and of being closed by the lid. Thus, it is quick and easy for the user to unfold the receptacle of the box so that it can perform its function as a container.

The assembled box, in kit form, further comprises a locking means suitable for locking the receptacle in the unfolded position. Thus, the receptacle is rigid and remains in the unfolded position in order to protect the product or products that it contains.

According to one embodiment, the frame of the cover and / or the frame of the receptacle is made of cardboard. Thus, the cover and / or the receptacle of the box are resistant and inexpensive to manufacture.

According to one embodiment, the covering of the cover is a printed sheet comprising a central part, glued on top of the frame of the cover, and each of the edges of which is extended by a fold having a width greater than the width of the first and second side walls of the cover frame, each of the folds comprising a first part glued to an external face of one of said first and second side walls, and a second part having a width smaller than the width of the first part and glued / wrapped on an internal face, opposite the external face, of one of said first and second side walls. Thus, the cover is covered with a covering making it possible to improve the general appearance of said cover by giving it a finished appearance. In addition, the covering is easy and inexpensive to make and place on the frame of the cover. In addition, the casing makes it easy to personalize the overall appearance of the cabinet.

According to one embodiment, the covering of the receptacle is a printed sheet comprising a central part, glued to the bottom of the frame of the receptacle, and each of whose edges is extended by a fold, each of the folds comprising a first part having a width substantially equal to the width of the first and second side walls of the receptacle frame and bonded to an external face of one of said first and second side walls, and a second part having a width smaller than the width of the first part and glued to an internal face, opposite the external face, of one of said first and second side walls. Thus, the receptacle is covered with a covering making it possible to keep the frame of the receptacle in shape while improving the general aesthetics of said receptacle by giving it a finished appearance. In addition, dressing is easy and inexpensive to make and place on the frame of the receptacle. The second part of each of the folds is smaller than the first part of each of the folds, which makes it possible to reduce the general dimensions of the covering, and therefore to reduce manufacturing costs, and to facilitate installation thereof without detract from the overall aesthetic appearance of the receptacle. In addition, the casing makes it easy to personalize the overall appearance of the cabinet.

According to one embodiment, the second part of at least part of the folds of the covering comprises cutouts situated opposite at least part of the fold and articulation lines of the first side walls of the frame of the receptacle. Thus, the receptacle can be folded and unfolded without the covering tearing during the handling of said receptacle.

According to one embodiment, the first part of the folds of the covering comprises a lower edge secured to the central part, an opposite upper edge secured to the second part, and two lateral edges connecting the lower edge to the upper edge, the lateral edges of the first part of at least part of the folds comprising a groove and the lateral edges of the first part of the other folds comprising a tongue slid in one of the grooves under the first part of the fold to which said groove belongs. Thus, the covering makes it possible to obtain a uniform, customizable exterior appearance that is pleasant to the user while effectively maintaining the position of the receptacle frame.

According to one embodiment, the first side walls of the receptacle frame comprise a lower edge integral with the bottom, a free opposite upper edge, and two lateral edges connecting the lower edge to the upper edge, the two corners connecting a part of the lower edge and part of one of the lateral edges each comprising a notch. Each of the fold and articulation lines of the first side walls extends obliquely between the upper edge and one of the notches. In addition, the notches facilitate folding of the receptacle to avoid the creation of visible damage on said receptacle, which would reduce its solidity and the aesthetic appearance.

According to one embodiment, the second side walls of the receptacle frame include a bottom edge secured to the bottom, a free opposite top edge, and two side edges connecting the bottom edge to the top edge, each of the side edges comprising a notch.

According to one embodiment, the locking means comprises at least one reinforcement delivered in the folded receptacle, the at least one reinforcement comprising a lower edge, an opposite upper edge, and two lateral edges connecting the lower edge to the upper edge, each of the edges lateral comprising a lug adapted to insert respectively in one of the notches of one of said second side walls and in one of the notches of the other of said second side walls. When the receptacle is in the storage configuration, the at least one reinforcement is in the receptacle in the folded position. Thus, the at least one reinforcement makes it possible to reinforce the solidity of the receptacle once the latter is unfolded. The at least one reinforcement also makes it possible for all of the side walls of the receptacle to remain straight and not to unexpectedly return to a folded position, which would harm the general aesthetic appearance of the box and present a risk of breakage or loss of the product or products contained in said receptacle. In addition, the at least one reinforcement makes it possible to hide the folding and articulation lines in order to improve the general aesthetics of the receptacle. In addition, the notches on the second side walls of the receptacle frame allow the user to easily locate the location of said at least one reinforcement and to insert it easily and quickly into the receptacle.

According to one embodiment, the at least one reinforcement comprises a rigid frame and a printed covering glued to one of the faces of said frame. Thus, the at least one reinforcement is resistant, inexpensive to manufacture, and can easily present a customizable aesthetic visual in agreement with that of the receptacle.

According to one embodiment, the box mounted as a kit further comprises a sheath of rectangular section surrounding the cover and the folded receptacle. The sheath keeps the receptacle folded in the interior space of the cover in order to prevent the two pieces of the box from being dissociated and being lost and / or damaged. The sheath is also easy and quick to put on and take off by the user.

According to one embodiment, the box assembled as a kit further comprises at least one additional element delivered in the folded receptacle chosen from a relief decoration such as a prefabricated knot in any material, and a tissue paper. When the receptacle is in the storage configuration, the knot and / or tissue paper are in the receptacle in the folded position. The prefabricated knot makes it possible to give a finished appearance to the box and makes it possible to secure the cover to the receptacle in order to avoid an unexpected opening of the box which could cause the loss and / or damage of the object or objects present in the receptacle. The knot is also simple and quick to set up by the user. The tissue paper makes it possible to organize the product or products contained by the receptacle in an aesthetic way while wedging them in order to protect them from any damage in the event of impact.

Below is a detailed description of an embodiment of the invention with examples and reference to the drawings. For the sake of clarity, only the elements useful for understanding the described embodiment have been shown and will be detailed.

Figure 1 shows a box 100 mounted, that is to say having a high rigidity. The assembled box 100 has a general shape of a straight prism. For example, two of the faces of the right prism are triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, hexagons, octagons or any other geometric shape having more than two vertices. More particularly, the box 100 has a shape of a parallelepiped, for example a rectangle. The rectangular parallelepiped shape of the box 100 makes it possible to optimize the storage of said box 100. For example, two of the faces of the rectangular parallelepiped are squares.

The assembled box 100 is, for example, produced as a kit comprising a plurality of independent elements. The kit of the assembled box 100 comprises a cover 1 and a receptacle 3, movable between a folded position and an unfolded position in which it is adapted to contain at least one product in the solid state.

The cover 1 comprises on the one hand a frame 10 and on the other hand a covering 20.

The frame 10 is made of a rigid material such as, for example, cardboard. The cardboard can have a thickness of between 0.8 millimeters and 2 millimeters. The shape of the frame 10 of the cover 1 is, for example, a shape of a straight prism and preferably a substantially parallelepiped shape.

The frame 10 is hollow and internally delimits an interior space 14.

The interior space 14 is adapted to contain the receptacle 3 in the folded position. The interior space 14 has a top 11, an opening 15, at least two first side walls 12 and at least two second side walls 13.

The interior space 14 is closed at one of its ends by the top 11. The top 11 has a lower surface 11a and an upper surface 11b, opposite the lower surface 11a, adapted to receive part of the covering 20 The opposite end of the interior space 14, oriented downwards in FIG. 2a, constitutes an end edge delimiting the opening 15. The top 11 may have a substantially rectangular shape. More specifically, the top 11 may have a substantially square shape.

The first two side walls 12 are opposite one another. The first two side walls 12 may have an internal face 12a and an external face 12b, opposite the internal face 12a. More particularly, the internal faces 12a of the two first side walls 12 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other. The first two side walls 12 can have a substantially rectangular shape. The distance between the internal faces 12a of the first two side walls 12 has a length L10.

The two second side walls 13 are opposite one another. The two second side walls 13 may have an internal face 13a and an external face 13b, opposite the internal face 13a. More particularly, the internal faces 13a of the two second side walls 13 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other. The two second side walls 13 may have a substantially rectangular shape. The distance between the internal faces 13a of the two second side walls 13 has a length L11.

The length L10 and the length L11 are different. Alternatively, the length L10 and the length L11 are identical.

The top 11 carries one of the ends, facing upwards, of the first side walls 12 and of the second side walls 13 of the frame 10 of the cover 1. The distance between the integral end of the top 11 and the edge of free end delimiting the opening 15 has a width L2.

The covering 20 is made of a flexible material. The covering is for example a sheet on which a pattern can be pre-printed, as illustrated in FIG. 3. The printing of the pattern on the covering 20 is customizable. The sheet may have a basis weight for example between 100 and 150 grams and preferably between 130 and 140 grams.

The covering 20 is adapted to be glued to at least part of the frame 10 of the cover 1, in particular on the external face of the latter. More particularly, the covering 20 is adapted to be glued to at least the upper surface 11b of the top 11, the external faces 12b of the first side walls 12 and the external faces 13b of the second side walls 13 in order to completely hide the outside of the frame 10 in order to improve the general appearance.

The covering 20 flat comprises, as visible in FIG. 3, a central part 21. The central part 21 is rectangular. More particularly, the central part 21 is of the same dimension as the upper surface 11b of the top 11 of the frame 10 of the cover 1. The central part 21 is adapted to be glued to said upper surface 11b of the top 11. More particularly , the central part 21 comprises an external face 21 a, on which the pattern can be printed, and an opposite internal face glued to said upper surface 11b of the top 11.

Each of the four edges of the central part 21 is extended by a fold 22. Each fold 22 comprises a lower edge 23a (shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3) integral with the central part 21, an upper edge 23b, opposite the lower edge 23a , free, and two lateral edges 23c connecting the lower edge 23a to the upper edge 23b. The distance between the lower edge 23a and the upper edge 23b has a width L1. The width L1 is greater than the width L2 in order to form a flap. The width L1 can be substantially equal to twice the width L2 of the first side walls 12 and of the second side walls 13 of the frame 10 of the cover 1.

More particularly, each of the folds 22 can be divided into a first part 22a and a second part 22b. The first part 22a extends between the lower edge 23a and an intermediate edge 23d (shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3). The second part 22b extends between the intermediate edge 23d and the upper edge 23b. The distance between the lower edge 23a and the intermediate edge 23d has a width Lia. The distance between the intermediate edge 23d and the upper edge 23b has a width L1b. The width Lia is substantially equal to the width L2 of the first side walls 12 and of the second side walls 13. The width L1b is substantially smaller than the width L2 and than the width Lia. The first part 22a is adapted to be glued to the external face 12b, 13b of one of said first side walls 12 and second side walls 13. The first part 22a covers substantially completely said external face 12b, 13b. The second part 22b is adapted to be glued to an internal face 12a, 13a of one of said first side walls 12 and second side walls 13. The second part 22b partially covers said internal face 12a, 13a in order to facilitate the installation of the dressing 20.

Optionally, the lateral edges 23c of the first part 22a of two of the four plies 22 include a groove 25. The lateral edges 23c of the first part 22a of the other two plies 22 include a tongue 26. The tongue 26 can have a quadrilateral shape , and more particularly trapeze. No impression is made on the tongue 26. The tongue 26 is adapted to engage in one of the grooves 25 under the first part 22a of the fold 22 to which the said groove 25 belongs in order to give a finished exterior appearance without visible glue zone .

As a variant, one of the side edges 23c of each of the folds 22 comprises a tongue 26 and the other of the side edges 23c of each of the folds 22 comprises a groove 25.

To pass from the flat frame 10 to the three-dimensional frame 10, the first side walls 12 and the second side walls 13 are folded along their end integral with the top 11 so as to be perpendicular thereto. More particularly, the first side walls 12 are folded along their end integral with the top 11 until the internal faces 12a of said two first side walls 12 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other. Similarly, the second side walls 13 are folded along their end integral with the top 11 until the internal faces 13a of said second side walls 13 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other.

Subsequently, the covering 20 is glued to the frame 10 set in volume. The internal face of the central covering part 21 20 is bonded to the upper surface 11b of the top 11 of the frame 10. The first parts 22a of the pleats 22 comprising tabs 26 are folded along the lower edge 23a and glued to the external face 12b, 13b of one of the first side walls 12 or the second side walls 13. The tabs 26 are folded along the side edge 23c and glued to the external face 12b, 13b of the others of the first side walls 12 or the second side walls 13. The first parts 22a not comprising tabs 26 are folded along the lower edge 23a and are glued to the tabs 26 and to the external face 12b, 13b of the others from among the first side walls 12 or the second side walls 13. The second parts 22b are folded along the intermediate edge 23d and are glued-wrapped on the internal face 12a, 13a of the first side walls 12 and of the second p lateral arois 13.

The covering 20 provides a finish to the reinforcement 10.

The cover 1 is thus formed in the factory.

The receptacle 3 comprises on the one hand an armature 30 and on the other hand a covering 40.

The frame 30 is made of a rigid material such as, for example, cardboard. The cardboard can have a thickness of between 0.8 millimeters and 2 millimeters. The shape of the frame 30 of the receptacle 3 is, for example, a shape of a straight prism and preferably a substantially parallelepiped shape.

The frame 30 is hollow and internally delimits an interior space 39.

The interior space 39 is adapted to contain one or more products in the solid state when the receptacle 3 is in the unfolded position. Alternatively, the interior space 39 can contain part of the other elements of the kit when the receptacle 3 is in the folded position. The interior space 39 has a bottom 31, an opening 31 ’, at least two first side walls 32 and at least two second side walls 33.

The opening 31 ’is adapted to be closed by the cover 1, thus preventing access to the interior space 39 of the receptacle 3.

The interior space 39 is closed at one of its ends by the bottom 31. The bottom 31 has an upper surface 31a and a lower surface, opposite the upper surface 31a, adapted to receive part of the covering 40. The opposite end of the interior space 39, facing upwards in FIG. 8, constitutes an end edge delimiting the opening 31 '. The bottom 31 may have a substantially rectangular shape. More specifically, the bottom 31 may have a substantially square shape.

The first two side walls 32 are opposite one another. The first two side walls 32 may have an internal face 32a and an external face 32b, opposite the internal face 32a. More particularly, the internal faces 32a of the two first side walls 32 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other. The first two side walls 32 can have a substantially rectangular shape. The distance between the internal faces 32a of the first two side walls 32 has a length L30 substantially equal to the length L10 between the internal faces 12a of the first side walls 12 of the frame 10 of the cover 1. More particularly, the length L30 is slightly less than the length L10, allowing at least part of the receptacle 3 to be guided in translation in the interior space 14 of the cover 1 with the minimum clearance between the first and second side walls 12, 13, 32 and 33 of the cover 1 and receptacle 3. The length L30 is, for example, between 0.3 and 2 millimeters less than the length L10.

The width L2 of the first and second side walls 12, 13 of the frame 10 of the cover 1 is equal to the width L4 of the first and second side walls 32, 33 of the frame 30 of the receptacle 3. Alternatively, the width L2 is less than the width L4.

The two second side walls 33 are opposite one another. The two second side walls 33 may have an internal face 33a and an external face 33b, opposite the internal face 33a. More particularly, the internal faces 33a of the two second side walls 33 are in two planes strictly parallel to each other. The two second side walls 33 may have a substantially rectangular shape. The distance between the internal faces 33a of the two second side walls 33 has a length L31 substantially equal to the length L11 between the internal faces 13a of the second side walls 13 of the frame 10 of the cover 1. More particularly, the length L31 is slightly less than length

L11, allowing the receptacle 2 to be inserted into the interior space 14 of the cover 1. The length L31 is, for example, between 1 and 4 millimeters less than the length L11.

The length L30 and the length L31 are different. Alternatively, the length L30 and the length L31 are identical.

The bottom 31 carries one of the ends, facing downwards, of the first side walls 32 and of the second side walls 33 of the frame 30 of the receptacle 3. The distance between the end secured to the bottom 31 and the edge of free end delimiting the opening 31 ′ has a width L4.

More particularly, each of the first side walls 32 comprises a lower edge 35a (shown in dotted lines in FIG. 6) integral with the bottom 31, an upper edge 35b, opposite the lower edge 35a, free, and two lateral edges 35c connecting the lower edge 35a at the upper edge 35b. The width L4 is the distance between the lower edge 35a and the upper edge 35b. The lower edge 35a and the upper edge 35b have a length L35. The length L35 is less than the length L31 in order to facilitate folding and unfolding of the receptacle 3 without creating damage on the latter.

At least one of the two corners connecting part of the lower edge 35a and part of one of the lateral edges 35c may include a notch 36. The notch 36 is, for example, in the shape of an arc of a circle. Thus, the particular shape of the notches makes it possible to produce the latter easily and at low cost. The notch 36 is adapted to facilitate folding and unfolding of the receptacle 3 without creating damage on the latter.

The first side walls 32 can also comprise at least one folding and articulation line 34. The at least one folding and articulation line 34 can be precut. Alternatively, a localized stretch may have been carried out at the level of the at least one fold and articulation line 34. The at least one fold and articulation line 34 extends obliquely between the upper edge 35b and one of the corners connecting part of the lower edge 35a and part of one of the lateral edges 35c. When the frame 30 comprises at least one notch 36, the at least one fold and articulation line 34 extends obliquely between the upper edge 35b and one of the at least one notch 36. The frame 30 is folded along said at least one folding and articulation line 34 in order to allow and facilitate the folding and unfolding of the receptacle 3 without creating damage on the latter. Preferably, each first side wall 32 comprises two fold and articulation lines 34.

The covering 40 is made of a flexible material. The covering 40 is for example a sheet on which a pattern can be pre-printed. The printing of the pattern on the covering 40 is customizable. The printing of the pattern on the covering 40 may be identical to or different from the pattern printed on the covering 20 of the cover 1. The sheet may have a grammage for example between 100 and 150 grams and preferably between 130 and 140 grams .

The covering 40 is adapted to be glued to at least part of the frame 30 of the receptacle 3, in particular on the external face of the latter.
