La présente invention est relative à un dispositif d'attache ou de fixation pour bagages et autres objets, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation est constitué par une sangle ou ceinture sans fin en matière élasti- que avec deux crocs libres, dont chacun. présente un organe oscillant élasti- que fermant. l'embouchure du croc.

Le dispositif de fixation suivant l'invention est constitué par une sangle sans fin 1 en caoutchouc et par deux crocs 2, formês par un mor- ceau en fil de fer, doublé de manière à former une partie à oeillet 3 de forme rectangulaire avec un tube 4 enfilé sur la branche rectiligne exté- rieure sur laquelle la sangle en caoutchouc s'appuie et glisse.
Sur chaque croc est fixé un ressort 5 qui sert d'organe.de sûreté et qui est courbé en forme de U, dont les deux extrémités des jambes, sont enroulées en spirale autour des parties symétriques de l'oeillet 3 parallèles au tube 4,. tandis que la partie du ressort 5 faisant pont est disposée par l'action du res- sort, en adhérence contre l'extrémité du croc 2 et maintient fermé avec ses deux jambes l'embouchure du croc.
Le moyen de fixation peut servir pour attacher des bagages, des sacs,des récipients, des caisses, des ustensiles, des sacs à dos et autres objets sur le porte-bagages d'une bicyclette ou motocyclette. Dans ce but, la sangle est par exemple disposée autour d'une partie du porte-bagages, de telle façon que la sangle sans fin, doublée, est formée par deux branches

d'égale longueur, portant à leurs extrémités un croc. Ces deux parties sont disposées autour des bagages et après avoir tendu les deux branches de la sangle, les crocs sont accrochés au porte-bagages, comme représenté dans la fig. 3.
Des objets longitudinaux, comme par exemple des tubes, des plan- ches ou analogues, qui ne peuvent être disposés sur le porte-bagages, peu- vent être également fixés sur,le châssis de la bicyclette, la sangle étant fixée respectivement aux parties antérieure et postérieure du châssis, et s'enroulant autour de l'objet à fixer et autour du tube du châssis.
La manoeuvre du moyen de fixation, qui est approprié également à la fixation d'objets sur une charette, sur sacs à dos, ou sur divers mo- yens de transport, est facilitée par le fait que la sangle n'est pas reliée aux deux crocs, mais que ces derniers sont libres et peuvent glisser sur la sangle continue, de manière à venir se placer dans n'importe quelle posi- tion requise. La sangle en caoutchouc peut être plus ou moins tendue selon les dimensions' et la forme de l'objet à fixer, afin de le maintenir solide- ment en position, sans que la sangle soit trop longue ou trop courte et sans qu'elle puisse abîmer l'objet à fixer.
L'organe de sûreté à ressort 5 empêche une sortie intempestive du croc 2, mais il pourra être déplacé afin d'ouvrir l'embouchure du croc, ce qui pourra se faire avec un doigt de la main qui saisit le croc pour l'accrocher ou le décrocher.
Au lieu d'une sangle unique en caoutchouc, on peut aus.si employer une sangle formée par plusieurs lacets en caoutchouc, tressés ou non, eux aussi sans fin comme la sangle unique.
