multiples La présente invention concerne un sac
de transport, comprenant le contenant proprement dit, ainsi qu'une lanière ou analogue, reliée au contenant par des anneaux, boucles ou autres
moyens de guidage, dans lesquels celle-ci peut glisser librement.
Les sacs de transport, que l'on trouve dans le commerce, qu'il s'agisse de sacs à provisions, de sacs à porter en bandoulière ou de
sacs à dos, ne peuvent en règle générale être employés que pour l'usage spécifique, auquel ils sont destinés. Quelqu'un qui de temps en temps a besoin d'un sac à dos, est par conséquent obligé d'en acheter un, puisque les sacs à provisions et
(ou) autres contenants de ce genre, qu'il possède, ne conviennent pas à cet usage.
Le brevet allemand 889 971 décrit un sac à mailles et le brevet des Etats-Unis d'Amérique
2 710 639 un sac à main, dont l'ouverture est entourée respectivement d'un cordon et d'une lanière, qui traverse des oeillets prévus autour de cette ouverture, et qui sert à porter le sac fermé. Ces modes de réalisation permettent de porter le sac en question, soit à la main, soit en bandoulière,
mais comme le cordon et/ou la lanière fait entièrement le tour de l'ouverture du sac, s'étendant d'une arête latérale à l'autre, l'usage est limité à
ces façons de le porter et l'intérieur du sac
est en outre inaccessible, tant que le cordon
ou la lanière est sous tension. Un tel cordon
ou une telle lanière ne convient pas non plus
pour y fixer le cas échéant l'un ou l'autre accessoire. La demanderesse s'était donc fixé
comme but de créer un sac de transport, qui puisse être employé de diverses façons comme sac à provisions, sac à porter en bandoulière ou sac
à dos.
Conformément à l'invention, cet objet
est réalisé avec un sac de transport, constitué
du contenant proprement dit et d'une ou de plusieurs lanières, reliées au contenant par des boucles ou analogues, disposées sur au moins deux côtés extérieurs opposés du contenant de telle manière que la ou les lanières s'étendent du fond
du contenant en direction de l'ouverture de celuici.
Le sac de transport conforme à l'invention peut être porté à la main à la manière d'un
sac à provisions usuel. Il peut cependant se transformer rapidement et facilement en un sac à porter en bandoulière ou en sac à dos.
Il est par conséquent probable que les sacs de ce genre, grâce aux multiples possibilités d'emploi, seront d'un prix inférieur à ceux des sacs actuellement connus. La disposition des lanières permet en outre d'insérer le cas échéant entre celles-ci et le contenant, utilisé comme sac à dos, un sac de couchage ou une couverture enroulée ou d'autres accessoires ne trouvant pas place dans le sac, et autre avantage appréciable, d'avoir accès à l'intérieur du contenant même lorsque les lanières sont tendues.
L'invention est décrite ci-après plus
en détail à l'aide d'exemples non limitatifs de modes de réalisation de sacoches de transport,
en se référant au dessin annexé, dont les figures représentent, vu en perspective:
- la figure 1 une sacoche suivant l'invention, employée comme sac à provisions à porter à la main;
- la figure 2 une sacoche analogue avec fixation différente de la lanière;
- la figure 3 la sacoche de la figure 1, à porter en bandoulière ; et
- la figure 4 la sacoche de la figure 2 dans sa forme sac à dos.
Les sacoches illustrées comprennent le contenant proprement dit 1, destiné au transport d'affaires de toutes sortes, ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs lanières 2, reliées au contenant 1 par des anneaux, boucles ou autres moyens de guidage supérieurs 3, situés à proximité de l'ouverture du sac, ainsi que par des moyens de guidage inférieurs 4 (figures 1 et 3) ou par un seul moyen 5 de ce genre (figures 2 et 4), dans lesquels la ou les lanières 2 peuvent glisser librement.
Les parties des lanières comprises entre les moyens de guidage supérieurs et inférieurs sont définies par 6; les extrémités des lanières peuvent être réunies par une boucle de ceinture ou analogue 7. Le contenant proprement dit 1, de même que les lanières 2, peuvent être réalisés en matière plastique,
en tissu, en cuir, en carton, etc. Les moyens de guidage 3, 4 et 5 peuvent être en métal, en matière plastique, en cuir, etc.
Pour transformer le sac à main, illustré à la figure 1, en un sac à porter en bandoulière , tel que montré à la figure 3, il suffit de tirer sur la boucle B de la lanière 2 jusqu'au moment où les moyens de guidage supérieurs 3 sur le côté opposé
du contenant 1 empêchent tout glissement supplémentaire de la boucle A de cette lanière.
Pour transformer le sac à main de la figure 2 en un sac à dos, il suffit de tirer sur les parties 6 de la boucle B de la manière illustrée à la figure 4.
La disposition des moyens de guidage permet le cas échéant une insertion aisée d'un objet entre les lanières et le contenant, cet objet étant solidement retenu, lorsque les lanières sont tendues.

In accordance with the invention, this object
is made with a transport bag, made up of
of the container itself and of one or more straps, connected to the container by loops or the like, arranged on at least two opposite exterior sides of the container such that the strap (s) extend from the bottom
of the container towards the opening thereof.
The transport bag according to the invention can be carried by hand in the manner of a
usual shopping bag. However, it can quickly and easily be transformed into a bag to carry as a shoulder strap or backpack.
It is therefore probable that the bags of this kind, thanks to the multiple possibilities of use, will be of a lower price than those of the bags currently known. The arrangement of the straps also makes it possible to insert, if necessary, between them and the container, used as a backpack, a sleeping bag or a rolled up blanket or other accessories not finding space in the bag, and other significant advantage of having access to the inside of the container even when the straps are stretched.
The invention is described below more
in detail using non-limiting examples of embodiments of transport bags,
with reference to the accompanying drawing, the figures of which represent, seen in perspective:
- Figure 1 a bag according to the invention, used as a shopping bag to be carried by hand;
- Figure 2 a similar bag with different attachment of the strap;
- Figure 3 the bag of Figure 1, to be worn over the shoulder; and
- Figure 4 the bag of Figure 2 in its backpack form.
The illustrated saddlebags include the actual container 1, intended for transporting business of all kinds, as well as one or more straps 2, connected to the container 1 by rings, loops or other upper guide means 3, located near the opening of the bag, as well as by lower guide means 4 (Figures 1 and 3) or by a single means 5 of this kind (Figures 2 and 4), in which the strap or straps 2 can slide freely.
The parts of the straps included between the upper and lower guide means are defined by 6; the ends of the straps can be joined by a belt loop or the like 7. The actual container 1, as well as the straps 2, can be made of plastic,
fabric, leather, cardboard, etc. The guide means 3, 4 and 5 can be made of metal, plastic, leather, etc.
To transform the handbag, illustrated in FIG. 1, into a bag to be carried over the shoulder, as shown in FIG. 3, it suffices to pull on the loop B of the strap 2 until the moment when the guide means upper 3 on the opposite side
of the container 1 prevent any additional sliding of the buckle A of this strap.
To transform the handbag in figure 2 into a backpack, just pull on the parts 6 of the buckle B as shown in figure 4.
The arrangement of the guide means allows, where appropriate, easy insertion of an object between the strips and the container, this object being firmly retained when the strips are stretched.
