L'invention est relative à une fermeture à bascule ou espagnolette pour fenêtres à battants ou analogues, qui cohorte des verrous pouvant être déplacés en sens opposés et commandés à l'aide d'une poignée faisant saillie vers l'avant et pouvant être déplacée vers le haut et vers le bas.
L'invention a pour but d'établir une fermeture à bascule de ce genre, qui, grâce à l'exécution extrêmement simple de son mécanisme de déplacement, est de construction économique et est très peu encombrant. Elle consiste essentiellement en ce que les verrous présentent, sur au moins une partie de leur longueur, un profil creux connu en soi, en ce que la poignée présente un point d'articulation situé derrière un des verrous et s'étend

de telle façon à travers un dégagement ménagé dans ce verrou, qu'elle puisse déplacer le verrou en exerçant une pression sur le bord de ce dégagement, et en ce que, pour obtenir le déplacement du second verrou, celui-ci est relié directement, ou au moyen d'une biellette, à un prolongement de la poignée,
qui s'étend vers l'arrière par rapport au dit point d'articulation.
A titre démonstratif, deux exemples d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention se trouvent décrits ci-après avec référence au dessin annexé, dans lequel :

Fig. 3 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un deuxième mode d'exécution, et

L'espagnolette montrée en Fi,s, 1 et 2 comporte essentielle- ment les deux verrous 5 et 6 qui peuvent être déplacés en direc- tions opposées à l'aide de la poignée 7. A la face arrière du verrou 6, la poignée est montée à rotation sur un pivot 9 fixé dans les parois latérales du boîtier 8. Ce dernier présente, dans sa face avant, un dégagement 10 à. travers lequel la poignée s'étend avec un jeu approprié.
De la manière connue en soi, les verrous 5 et 6 possèdent chacun un profil en U, dont l'âme et les ailes sont guidées res- pectivement le long de la face avant et des faces latérales du bo@tier 8. Pour permettre, le passage de la poignée 7, l'âme du verrou 6 présente une ouverture 11 de grandeur suffisante pour que la poignée ne puisse pas se coincer, même dans ses positions inclinées extrêmes. du boîtier 8 derrière le pivot 9, est réunie à articulation, par un pivot 12, à deux biellettes 13 qui sont articulées à l'extré- mité intérieure du verrou 5 à l'aide d'un pivot 14.
Dans l'encadrement (non montré) du battant de fenêtre ou de porte, sur lequel doit être fixé le boîtier 8 à l'aide de ses brides 8a, il faut ménager l'espace libre nécessaire pour les parties de la poignée et des biellettes, qui font saillie sur la face arrière du boîtier.
Dans la forme d'exécution montrée en Figs. 3 et 4, le verrou 5 présente, à son extrémité intérieure, un refoulement 5-9,. qui se trouve devant l'extrémité intérieure du verrou 6 dans le boîtier 8 de forme correspondante, qui est pourvu d'une ouverture 10 dans sa face avant, une ouverture 15 étant ménagée dans l'àme du dit refoulement pour livrer passage à la poignée 7. Dans ce cas, la pivot 9 de la poignée est disposé entre le refoule- ment % du verrou 5 et le verrou 6. La partie de poignée qui s'étend vers l'arrière par rapport à ce pivot attaque directement le verrou 6, cette partie s'engageant dans l'espace entre deux goupilles 16, 17 prévues à ce verrou.

The object of the invention is to establish a rocker closure of this kind which, thanks to the extremely simple execution of its displacement mechanism, is of economical construction and is very compact. The spindle shown in Fi, s, 1 and 2 essentially comprises the two bolts 5 and 6 which can be moved in opposite directions using the handle 7. On the rear face of the bolt 6, the handle is rotatably mounted on a pivot 9 fixed in the side walls of the housing 8. The latter has, in its front face, a clearance 10 to. through which the handle extends with a suitable clearance.
In the manner known per se, the bolts 5 and 6 each have a U-shaped profile, the core and the wings of which are guided respectively along the front face and the side faces of the housing 8. To enable, the passage of the handle 7, the core of the latch 6 has an opening 11 of sufficient size so that the handle cannot get stuck, even in its extreme inclined positions.
