La, présente invention est relative à un dispositif applicable à un entonnoir et permettant à volonté soit de laisser s'écouler-le liquide contenu dans l'entonnoir soit d'en interrompre l'écoulement-,
Ce dispositiftrouve une application particulièrement intéressante dans le cas de liquide à décanter, par exemple de liquides à dégraisser, bouillons, sauces etc...
Dans ce but l'invention réalise un dispositif comportant un bouchon, de préférence en matière déformable, par exemple en caoutchouc, traversé par une tige dont une extrémité s'engage dans le col de l'entonnoir tandis que l'autre extrémité est terminée par un organe de préhension, par exemple une boucle.
Le dessin annexé indique à titre d'exemple non limitât!? un mode d'exécution de l'invention. Celle-ci s'étend aux diverses particularités originales que comporte la disposition représentée.
La figure est une coupe dans un entonnoir muni du dispositif suivant l'invention.

Le liquide à dégraisser contenu dans l'entonnoir 3 est laissé quelque temps en repos de manière à ce que la graisse vienne surnager. Ceci fait le bouchon 2 -est soulevé de manière à permettre l'écoulement du liquide dégraissé, puis en fin d'écoulement, abaissé de manière à obturer l'entonnoir et conserver la graisse dans ce dernier.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est null'ement limitée:- à la réalisation décrite à simple titre d'exemple mais qu'elle s'étend à toute réalisation tombant dans l'esprit ou l'étendue des revendications suivantes.
