<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

"Advanced oven for bakery".
The present invention relates to an improved oven for a bakery, comprising original characteristics capable of giving the ovens new qualities.
The first of these characteristics is that the oven is produced by a removable assembly of metal elements.
This execution therefore makes it possible not only to assemble an oven very quickly, but also to dismantle it in order to be moved or repaired.
The fact of having duly insulated metal elements allows the use of the furnace immediately after its assembly, while in masonry furnaces essential precautions must be taken with regard to the humidity of the materials.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
the walls of the oven are substantially formed by two metal partitions, between which is interposed an insulating material in principle of any kind, but preferably formed of saorie wool.
The exposed walls of the oven are made in such a way that they can receive a suitable coating, such as, for example, agglomerate plates, such as enameled or granite Eternit plates for example.
The interior of the oven is compartmentalized in the usual manner and each of the baking chambers thus produced is heated by. tubular bundles containing a certain quantity of water brought to. the temperature required by a suitably suitable fireplace *
The latter is also characteristic in that it is formed by the juxtaposition of dexx shaped blocks of refractory material, such for example, of suitable concrete.
This will advantageously be achieved by a mixture of cement. refractory and crushed chamotte.
The plates are profiled in such a way that it suffices to juxtapose them in a suitable manner in order to obtain the furnace lining.
This characteristic therefore systematically excludes any intervention of specialized labor.
Finally, the oven will still be advantageously provided with appliances. interchangeable vapor, which is particularly easy, because the chamber of these devices is blocked by a: metal plate, duly bolted or fixed in an equivalent manner on the corresponding wall.
It will be understood that the application of this device is particularly easy, in the above-mentioned improved oven.
The improved ovens thus produced: can obviously include many constructional variants, in particular due to the number and size of the baking chambers,
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
powering the fireplace with coal, gas or heavy oil, etc.
Therefore, in order to make the object of the invention clearly understood, one embodiment is described in detail below and illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an oven, showing the particularly advantageous appearance of the oven; Figure 2 is a longitudinal section through the oven; Figure 3 is a section along the line III-III of Figure 3; FIG. 4 is a section showing in particular the hearth and the chimney.
According to these figures, it should be noted that the elements of the furnace are constituted by two metal walls 1, 2, between which is interposed an insulating blanket 3, formed for example by slag wool.
The different walls are moreover judiciously reinforced by suitable profiles and these walls are assembled to one another in a removable manner, for example by bolting.
The oven comprises substantially the same subdivision as in ordinary ovens, that is to say a compartment, a hearth, steamers, a gas exhaust chimney, etc.
In the example illustrated, the oven is subdivided into three chambers 4,5,6. In the two lower chambers are provided tabular beams 8, in which is included a cartaine quantity of water. These tube bundles protrude into the chimney 9, which surmounts the hearth 10, which can be supplied with any fuel deemed suitable.
It will be understood that under these conditions the two lower compartments are directly heated by these tubular bundles.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
by the lower and upper radiation respectively of a tubular bundle and of the flue at 7 from the fumes and hot gases coming from the hearth.
In addition, in order to ensure sufficient heating of each of the aforesaid tube bundles, these protrude into the chimney in a progressive manner, as shown in figure S.
Under these conditions, the flames and Hot gases of the combustion successively meet each of the tube bundles under good conditions.
Obviously, all other arrangements can also be considered.
The steamers 18 are arranged at the rear of the oven and the corresponding chambers are blocked by an individual plate 11, fixed in a removable manner on the corresponding wall of the oven.
To move or repair these devices, it will therefore be sufficient to remove the closure plate and remove the devices.
The various prescriptions mentioned above therefore make it possible to achieve a completely removable metal furnace.These characteristics give the furnace a considerable value, because the furnace can be moved quickly or else modified, which in any case allows the installation. to keep its full value.
The constitution of the walls of the furnace by the combination of metal elements and the insulating material, is particularly effective and with relatively small thicknesses, allows to be assimilated to masonry walls up to 100 cm. thick.
Finally, the fact of providing as the outer covering of the oven large sheets of chipboard, such as enameled Eternit for example, not only allows easy and rapid assembly and disassembly, but also gives the oven a new appearance, which makes it easier to
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
lite considerably the maintenance and cleanliness of the oven.
An essential characteristic of the improved furnace in accordance with the invention lies in the construction of the actual hearth and of the chimney and of the flues for discharging the fumes and gases resulting from the combustion. In fact, these parts of the furnace are produced by the juxtaposition of duly profiled aira s refracting blocks.
Following the example given in the appended figures, and in particular in FIG. 4, it can be noted that, for example, the ashtray and the lower part of the hearth are made by a profiled bloo 12, which is surmounted by a series of other blocks 13 alternating blocks 14, which have grooves making it possible to provide effective support for the part 13 erres .. the andante of the heating tubular bundles.
Above, the chimney presents a constriction formed by the arrangement of two sloping wall blocks 15, surmounted by a slab 16, presenting a central orifice 17, putting the chimney in communication with the gas discharge flue and fumes This earneau extending approximately over the entire width 'of the furnace, consists of two walls 19 and 20, made by an assembly of slabs of refractory material, preferably secured by a fitting device, such as a herringbone profile , a tabbed and mortise arrangement, etc.
Finally, with the aim of ensuring the hearth for a longer period and also with the aim of facilitating the maintenance of said hearth, provision is made to have it facing the loading door and fitted into the bloo forming the bottom of the hearth, an interchangeable slab 21, particularly designed to be able to resist shocks and the instruments used for the arrangement and maintenance of the fires.
It will be understood therefore that this slab 21, being more quickly put out of use, can be instantly removed and replaced.

<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
In these conditions, we avoid the format! 00. a weak point in the oven, which would reduce the many-; advantages coming from the various improvements described above.
The various prescriptions listed can obviously be used individually in the preparation of bakery ovens or. even more in combination with all the well-known arrangements.
'CLAIMS.
