La présente invention a pour but de faciliter le moulage des matières alimentaires et surtout d'extraire du moule rapidement et sans détérioration des pâtes, qui étant gluantes, adhèrent aux parois. La machine est composée d'une chaine sans fin 7 actionnée par les poulies 8. La chaine san fin est garnie de moules en dessous et pressée contre le récipient 2, celui ci est muni d'un couvercle hermetique 1 permettant qu'on y fasse une pression d'air par l'orifice 3. Le récipient est à double paroi 4 de façon à maintenir la matière à couler à la température voulue par un bain-marie. La pression exercée sur la matière à couler force celle-ci à remplir exactement tous les moules 5 lorsqu'ils viennent se présenter à l'orifice du récipient.
Les moules 5 peuvent être faits avec ou sans fond, et sont munis d'un orifice 6 permettant un passage d'air ou autre matière. Lorsque les moules 5 sont remplis après avoir passé sous le réservoir 2 la chaîne sans fin 7 les amène sous une chambre de chasse démontable 9 et sont maintenus pressés entre celle-ci et le guide II par un ressort 13. Le guide II est fait de façon à permettre l'évacuation des matières moulées ; l'extraction de ces matières est produite par une pression d'air ou autres matières introduites par l'orifice 10 de la chambre de chasse 9 et au moment voulu par une came 9.
