La présente invention a trait aux appareils à débiter du savon ou d'autres matières, en pâte, et concerne plus particu - lièrement des perfectionnements à ce genre d'appareils connus, comprenant essentiellement un support pour un tube de pâte avec un dispositif d'enroulement de la partie vidée du tube, dans le but d'expulser du tube à volonté la quantité de pâte proportionnée aux besoins.
La présente invention a pour but en premier lieu de donner une meilleure présentation et un aspect plus fini à l'appareil, en le munissant d'un fourreau dans lequel est contenu et dissi - mulé le tube de pâte, ce fourreau comportant deux fentes longi tudinales servant de guides ou de glissières à la tige d'enrou - lement de la partie vidée du tube, étant fermé d'un côté par un couvercle à serrure empêchant l'enlèvement non autorisé du tube de pâte, et comprenant du côté opposé une tête conique de coni cité très accentuée, correspondant à une conicité semblable de la tête des tubes de pâte d'une certaine fabrication afin de ne

permettre l'emploi que de ces tubes dans l'appareil,
le goulot du tube débouchant par la pointe ouverte de la dite tête conique du fourreau.
On a observé, dans l'emploi des appareils du genre susdit, que la pâte a tendance à s'écouler au repos. Suivant la présente invention le goulot du tube est muni d'une soupape permettant la sortie de la pâte lorsque l'on enroule le tube, maisobturant le goulot et retenant la pâte lorsque l'appareil est laissé au repos.
L'appareil suivant l'invention est représenté sous une forme de réalisation non limitative au dessin annexé dans le - quel : Fig.1 est une vue en élévation latérale de l'appareil,avec coupe partielle,

L'appareil se compose d'une plaque de base 1 comportant deux montants 2, 3 qui supportent à une hauteur convenable un fourreau ou manchon métallique 4 dans lequel est placé le tube de pâte 5. Le fourreau 4 peut être nickelé extérieurement comme le reste du support, et en dissimulant le tube de pâte en métal commun, il rend l'appareil plus agréable à la vue. Il comporte deux fentes latérales longitudinales 6 par lesquelles la tige ou clef 7 d'enroulement de la partie vidée du tube 5 est dispo - sée transversalement au fourreau, et qui servent de support et de glissières à cette clef.
Une extrémité du fourreau 4 est ouverte, et les fentes 6 s'étendent jusqu'à cette ouverture qui sert à l'introduction du tube 5 par son goulot. Cette extrémité ouverte du fourreau est ensuite fermée par un couvercle 8 muni d'une fermeture à clef pour empêcher l'enlèvement non autorisé du tube 5 de l'appareil. par exemple sur ..la face intérieure du couvercle peut'être prévue une -barrette 9. mobile. montée diamétralement sur une virole 10

traversant.le centre du couvercle 8. la barrette 9 peut être manoeuvrée de l'extérieur en introduisant une clef 12 dans un trou de forme particulière 11 formé du côté extérieur de la barrette et en tournant cette clef. Le couvercle se place dans le fond du fourreau 4, en disposant la barrette 9 horizontale ment.
En faisant faire à la barrette un quart de tour au moyen de la clef 12, les extrémités de la barrette s'engagent sous des membranes 13, 13' fixées en haut et en bas à l'intérieur du fourreau. La barrette 9 est élastique et comporte des extrémités recourbées de manière à provoquer un serrage du oouvercle sur le fond du fourreau.
L'extrémité avant 14 de l'appareil est de forme conique relativement aiguë, et est ouverte à la pointe, pour recevoir la tête du tube de pâte. Cette tête du tube doit être de forme conique correspondante à celle de l'appareil, c'est-à-dire plus aiguë que celle des tubes ordinaires et ne permet ainsi l'emploi dans l'appareil que des tubes d'une certaine fabrication. Le goulot fileté 15 du tube 5 doit être démuni de son bouchon de fermeture et traverse la pointe ouverte de la partie conique 14 de l'appareil. De l'extérieur sur le goulot fileté 15 est ensuite vissé un écrou 16 comportant un système à soupape destiné à empêcher l'écoulement de la pâte lorsque l'appareil est au re pos.
Par exemple (fig.2) l'écrou 16 contient un diaphragme en caoutchouc d'une certaine épaisseur, ce diaphragme étant fendu par exemple en étoile suivant 17. Ces fentes s'ouvrent pour laisser passer la pâte lorsque l'on tourne la clef 7, mais res tent fermées normalement pour maintenir la pâte dans le tube.
L'écrou 16 sert aussi à fixer le tube 5 dans l'appareil, supporté d'autre part par la tige 7 maintenue dans les fentes 6.
