On sait que dans les bandages pneumatiques à bourrelets inextensibles du type dit: "Straight Side" en prévoit souvent une gorge permettant le montage de l'enveloppe aur la roue. Ces gorges peuvent être ob- turées au moyen d'anneaux pour éviter le déjantage de l'enveloppe.
Jusqu'ici les anneaux proposés à pet effet étaient de deux catégories : de 3 anneaux pleins remplissant com- plètement la gorge; eu des anneaux allégés,ne remplissant pas complètement la gorge. Dans ce dernier cas,les anneaux pouvaient monter et descendre dans la gorge au moyen d'un système particulier de vis et de boulons et il était né-

cessaire de constituer la gorge avec deux parois rigoureuse- ment parallèles pour permettre de mouvement de Ta et rient tout en empêchant la chambre à air de se ceïncer antre l'anneau et la gorge.
L'invention a pour objet un nouveau dispositif d'anneau d'obsturatien . Cet anneau est essentiellement caractérisé par le fait que d'une part, il ne remplit pas la gorge, d'autre part, il ne peut pas descendre à l'intérieur de cette gorge.
Il est maintenu en place en s'appliquant sur les bords de la gorge qui sont, soit évasée, soit munis d'un rebord à cet effet. Les figures 1 et 2 montrent cette caractéristi- que de l'invention dans toute sa généralité.
Dans la figure 1, l'anneau a s'applique sur la gorge grace à la forme évasée de eette dernière. Dans la figure 2, en a prévu à la partie supérieure de la gorge, dans laquelle vient se loger l'anneau a.
Il va sans dire que cet anneau est maintenu en place par sa propre élasticité qui tend à le serrer sur la gorge.
La figure 3 représente une variante dans laquelle l'anneau a porte vers l'intérieur un prelongement b qui vient prendre appui sur le fend c de la gorge . Le prolongement b peut affecter la forme d'une nrvure continue ou, au con- traire, être discontinu et n'offrir d'appui à la partie a qu'en des points @@elés.
Les appuis sont destinés, le cas échéant, à augmen- ter la rigidité et la solidité du dispositif.
Bien que l'invention puisse être appliquée à l'ebstu- ration, des gorges de toute nature utilisées pour le montage du pneumatique (Straigth Side", elle sera représentée plus particulièrement dans les dessins ci-après comme appliquée à des jantes à gorge latérale se trouvant sous le bourrelet ou décalées par rapport au bourrelet,

La figure 4 montre le dispositif suivant l'invention appliquée à une jante "Straigth Sido" normale à gorge laté- rale @ sous le bourrelet.
La figure 5 montre le même dispositif appliqué à une jante à gorge latérale non située sous un bourrelet.
Les figures 6 et 7 montrant des variantes de l'inven- tion appliquées à des gorges, latérales situées sous le bourrelet ou à distance du 'bourrelet dans le cas de jantes ayant à l'endroit de l'attache des bourrelets un profil correspondant à celui qui a été décrit dans le brevet Belge N 328.198 du7 Août 1926.
Dans ce brevet N 328.198, on a prévu une gorge centra- le large et peu profonde. Cette gorge peut évidemment,sans rien changer à l'attache du bourrelet sur la jante, être remplacée par une gorge latérale située ou non sous le bour- relet ainsi qu'il est représenté figures 6 et 7,
I1 doit être entendu que l'invention ne s'applique pas seulement aux exemples décrits et représentés, mais vise . expressément l'application d'anneaux dent les coupes et le mode de fixation sur la gorge sont ainsi que les gorges elles mêmes de forme et de position absolument quelconques.

L'invention a pour objet :
1 -) Un dispositif de mode d'obsturation des gorges , des bandages pneumatiques, par des anneaux, caractérisé par le fait que ces anneaux ne remplissent pas complètement les gorges et qu'ils sont maintenus en place en s'appuyant par feut élasticité sur les bords de la gorge.

It is known that in pneumatic tires with inextensible beads of the so-called “Straight Side” type there is often provided a groove allowing the mounting of the casing on the wheel. These grooves can be closed by means of rings to prevent the casing from unhinging.
Until now, the rings offered for small purpose were of two categories: 3 solid rings completely filling the throat; had lightened rings, not completely filling the throat. In the latter case, the rings could go up and down in the groove by means of a particular system of screws and bolts and it was born-

It is necessary to constitute the groove with two strictly parallel walls to allow movement of Ta and laugh while preventing the air chamber from encircling itself between the ring and the groove.
The subject of the invention is a novel obturator ring device. This ring is essentially characterized by the fact that on the one hand, it does not fill the throat, on the other hand, it cannot go down inside this throat.
It is held in place by applying to the edges of the groove which are either flared or provided with a rim for this purpose. Figures 1 and 2 show this feature of the invention in all its generality.
