Abstract

De huidige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een inrichting voor opslag, transport en dosering van poedervormige of korrelvormige grondstoffen in de voedingsindustrie omvattende minstens één silo voor opslag van een eerste grondstof, een weegbunker en een transportsysteem voor transport van de eerste grondstof van de minstens één silo naar de weegbunker, waarbij de inrichting een doseertoestel omvat, waarbij het doseertoestel een toevoer voor een tweede grondstof, een recipiënt voor opslag van de tweede grondstof, een weegcel, geconfigureerd voor het wegen van de tweede grondstof in het recipiënt, een doseerschroef en een uitgangsvolume voor de tweede grondstof omvat, waarbij de doseerschroef op flexibele wijze met het uitgangsvolume verbonden is, waarbij het uitgangsvolume een afvoeropening omvat en waarbij de afvoeropening met een klep afsluitbaar is.
