Description

1 cooking dish for chicken
The invention relates to the field of cooking in general and in particular that of cooking chickens. Whole chickens, cooked in a baked dish are, when cooked well and juicy at the thighs, overcooked compared to whites or fillets. These are then dry. The classic dishes let the oven air access all the parts of the chicken cooking together in a uniform way. One method is to separate the legs, chicken and cook them separately, but as a disadvantage to no longer have a whole chicken.
The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages.
The invention, as characterized in its claims, solves this problem by creating a baking dish to keep the juicy whites.
A dish of porcelain, having a concave shape, whose depression has a shape that allows it to adhere to the breast of the chicken, will help protect the whites during cooking. The whites are not exposed directly to the heat of the oven, and therefore their cooking is slowed down. Ceramic by its thickness will play as thermal insulation. Moreover, as they are enclosed in the dishes, which marries them perfectly, a foil effect adds to the juicy.
The thighs, they are not covered, and are therefore more cooked.
These advantages are obtained by the improvements of the present inventions which consist essentially of porcelain dish, the upper part of which is raised, with a depression in the center, which makes it possible to lay down the chicken, the breast downwards. The entire breast is then covered with porcelain, leaving thighs and wings free. 2005/0029
The invention is described below in more detail using drawings representing only one mode of execution.
The dish 1 is provided with an elevation 2, in which there is a hollow space, or depression 3, which has the shape, in negative of a chicken breast. The margins 4 go up high enough to cover the whites of the chicken.
