Abstract

The invention concerns units designed to cool rapidly and keep cool for several hours one or two drinks containers. By drinks containers, we mean a can or bottle. These units are composed of an isothermal box with a refrigerating element placed on the side of the drink container or containers to be cooled. The refrigerating element, made of a plastic material such as polyethylene or other, is filled with a refrigerating liquid or gel, and is to be placed in the freezer before use.

  On connaît déjà des modèles de boites isothermiques faisant l'objet d'un brevet. 



  1983 (USA brevet no 4. 383.422) Il concerne une boite isolante pour contenir une boite de boisson. La boite isolante a un compartiment inférieur qui contient un réfrigérant qui communique un effet de rafraîchissement à la boissson par effet de conductibilité. 



  1984 (USA brevet no 4. 485.636) Ce brevet décrit un récipient avec capacité de rafraîchissement. Le récipient a une paroi creuse et un compartiment inférieur. Ce compartiment est rempli d'une solution réfrigérante, qui-quand elle est gelée-donne un effet de rafraîchissement à la boisson contenue dans le récipient. 



  1986 (USA Brevet nO 4. 577.474) Ce brevet décrit une boîte isolante pour récipient de boisson. Cette boite isolante est composée de deux parties identiques, soit une partie supérieure qui contient un élément réfrigérant et une partie inférieure identique. 



  La boîte de boisson se place entre les deux parties. 



  1988 (USA Brevet nO 4. 745.776) Il concerne une boîte isolante pour rafraîchir une boite de boisson. Cet ensemble se compose d'une partie supérieure et d'une partie inférieure qui contient un élément réfrigérant qui rafraîchi la boite de boisson par contact du fonds de celle-ci.

  1991 (USA Brevet n04. 989.415) Ce brevet décrit une boite isolante pour conserver une boisson. La boite a une base qui contient un réfrigérant. Cette base a une partie supérieure flexible afin de permettre un contact avec le fonds de la boite de boisson. 



  1993 (USA Brevet nO 5. 212.963) Ce brevet décrit particulièrement un galet rond réfrigérant, à placer dans le fonds d'une boite de boisson. Ce galet dont la forme supérieure correspond au fonds de la boite à concerver fraîche, agit par conductibilité. 



  La présente invention a pour but non seulement de conserver fraîche un ou deux récipients de boisson, mais à la base de le ou de les refroidir et puis de le ou de les conserver frais. 



  Ceci est possible grâce à l'élément réfrigérant placé latéralement en contact avec le ou les récipients à refroidir. 



  En effet la surface de contact-qui par effet de conductibilité permet le refroidissement-est maximale, c'est-à-dire de bas en haut et sur toute la largeur du ou des récipients à refroidir. 



  Ce contact sur la hauteur est particulièrement intéressant, comme par exemple, pour le refroidissement des boîtes de boisson de 50 cl. En effet comme ces boites ont une hauteur d'environ 50 % de plus que la hauteur d'une boîte de 33   cl.,   la hauteur et la capacité de refroidissement de l'élément réfrigérant est également augmenté de 50 %. 



  La forme ovale et la faible hauteur-malgré l'augmentation de 50   %-de   ces ensembles en permettent une manipulation aisée. 



  Une amélioration possible de la présente invention est de prévoir un couvercle sur la boîte isothermique de l' ensemble à refroidir et à conserver frais.

  Le croquis B2. montre la coupe de l'élément réfrigérant   (3. ) en contact maximum (5. ) avec deux récipients de boissons (4. ). L'élasticité du polystyrène qui forme 11   extérieur de la boîte isothermique permet un contact   maximal entre l'élément réfrigérant (3. ) et les deux   récipients à refroidir (4.). 



  Le croquis C2. représente la coupe verticale de l'ensemble boîte isothermique (6.), élément réfrigérant   (3. ) et des deux récipients de boisson à refroidir,   ici deux boîtes de boisson standart de 33cl. de contenance. 



  Nous pouvons constater que la surface de contact (5.) qui produit directement le refroidissement par conductibilité, est réalisé sur toute la hauteur de bas en haut et sur la largeur du ou des récipients à refroidir (4.), ce qui produit un refroidissement particulièrement rapide et grâce à la boîte isothermique (6.) de longue durée.

  1988 (USA Patent no. 4,745,776) It concerns an insulating box for cooling a drink can. This set consists of an upper part and a lower part which contains a cooling element which refreshes the beverage can by contact with the bottom thereof.

  1991 (USA Patent n04. 989.415) This patent describes an insulating box for storing a drink. The box has a base that contains a refrigerant. This base has a flexible upper part to allow contact with the bottom of the beverage can.



  1993 (USA Patent No. 5,212,963) This patent particularly describes a round cooling roller, to be placed in the bottom of a beverage can. This roller, the upper shape of which corresponds to the bottom of the cool container, acts by conductivity.



  The present invention aims not only to keep fresh one or two beverage containers, but at the base of the or to cool them and then to keep them fresh.



  This is possible thanks to the cooling element placed laterally in contact with the container (s) to be cooled.



  Indeed, the contact surface - which by conductivity effect allows cooling - is maximum, that is to say from bottom to top and over the entire width of the container or containers to be cooled.



  This contact on the height is particularly interesting, as for example, for the cooling of beverage cans of 50 cl. As these boxes have a height of about 50% more than the height of a 33 cl box, the height and the cooling capacity of the cooling element is also increased by 50%.



  The oval shape and the low height - despite the 50% increase - of these sets allow easy handling.



  A possible improvement of the present invention is to provide a cover on the isothermal box of the assembly to be cooled and kept fresh.
