Abstract

Le P2O5 occlus dans les cristaux qui précipitent pendant la production de l'acide phosphorique (6) par le procédé à l'hémihydrate est récupéré par dissolution et recristallisation des cristaux d'hémihydrate en cristaux de dihydrate dans un milieu acide ayant une concentration en P2O5 d'environ 0,1 à 10% et en sulfate libre d'environ 0,1 à 10%. Le gâteau de filtration de dihydrate est lavé à l'eau et le filtrat de ce lavage sert à redissoudre les cristaux d'hémihydrate (19).-
