Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de récupération sélective du sodium contenu dans les boues rouges. Les boues rouges ou une bouillie préparée à partir des boues rouges sont mélangées avec une solution de sulfate ferrique,la suspension résultante est agitée énergiquement durant 30 minutes à 1 heure à 15-85 degrés C, puis si cela est nécessaire, le pH de la suspension est réglé à 4,4-4,6 et le produit solide est éliminé de la suspension Intérêt industriel (récupération du fer et de l'oxyde de sodium).
