Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure the perfect separation between the α-lipoprotein and the β- lipoprotein contained in the blood serum through operation at the room temperature by using the precipitant reagent composed of the polysaccharide sulfate and the alkaline earth metal compound mixed with the nickel salt.
