[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of carrying of furniture and materials for high-rise residential buildings, in particular to a method for carrying objects by a girder crane lifting device arranged in a light well.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art
[0004] High-rise residential buildings are currently the mainstream of urban housing buildings, and have the advantages of high land utilization rate and occupancy rate. However, there are some inconveniences when the high-rise residential buildings are in use, namely, it is difficult to carry large-sized or heavy furniture or materials, etc., especially for residents living above the 7th floor. For example, a certain Yangliu Shanzhuang residential area has 28 18-storey residential buildings and four 33-storey residential buildings. For each building, there are four apartments on each floor, two elevators, one staircase and two light wells. The dimensions of the elevator car are 1.6 m x 1.4 m x 2.3 m (L x W x H), with a maximum loading capacity of 10 persons or 800 Kg. The inner dimensions of the light well are 2.0 m x 3.5 m (W x L). An owner living on a high floor in this residential area purchased a sofa which is 2.5 m long, 1.1 m wide and 1.2 m high. Because the sofa size exceeds the dimensions of the elevator car, he had to manually carry the sofa via the stairs. He hardly managed to move it to his apartment on 15/F with the help of six people. The job took several hours, and costed RMB 2,500.
[0005] In the light of the above conditions, object carrying via the stairs has the following shortages:
[0006] 1. Manual carrying via the stairs is tiring and disturbing; there are safety issues concerning the handling personnel, the objects, and even the stairs; safety or quality accidents causing injuries and damages may occur.
[0007] 2. Long carrying time and high expense makes it economically undesirable.
[0008] 3. If the dimensions of an object exceed the maximum allowable size of the stairs or it weighs more than 200 Kg, it cannot be carried via the stairs.
[0009] Hence, it is necessary to select reliable methods with a high degree of mechanization for carrying, so as to ensure safety and quality, support larger and heavier objects, and save labor and cost.
[0010] Through prior art searches, no technical solutions similar to the patent have been searched.
[0011] The present invention aims to overcome the shortages of the prior art and provide a safe, convenient and labor/time saving method for carrying objects by a girder crane lifting device arranged in a light well.
[0012] The foregoing objective of the present invention is implemented by the following technical solutions:

[0018] 2) four rollers of the small winch are in a sliding fit with steel beam channels at both sides of the lifting steel beam in such a manner that the two rollers are installed at each side of the small winch, in order to install the small winch on the lifting steel beam, and then connected to a power supply and a wired controller;
[0019] S4, testing carrying safety, specially comprising:
[0020] After proper check, powering on, lifting a hook head of the small winch to the ground, taking a sand bag to operate for one circle to check the safety;
[0021] S5, conducting physical lifting and carrying operation: hanging the packaged object to the hook head, and then slowly lifting to a receiving storey for unloading.
[0022] S6, disassembling the lifting steel beam and the small winch, carrying downstairs by the elevator, and then carrying to the roof of another residential building for installation and application or putting back to a warehouse for further use.
[0023] Moreover, when the S5 is conducted, a worker holds one rope connected to a lower end of the object, and then pulls or lets go the rope in the hand as the goods descends or ascends.
[0024] Moreover, the steel plate for welding the square box has a thickness of 10 mm, and the dimensions of the square box are 250 mm x 250 mm x 300 mm (L x W x D).
[0025] Moreover, the steel plate embedded into the parapet wall in the Si has a length of 300 mm and a thickness of 16 mm.
[0026] The present invention has the following advantages and positive effects:
[0027] 1. The manual carrying is changed to mechanical lifting, which ensures the safety of personnel and objects and prevents accidents.
[0028] 2. Each time of mechanical lifting lasts no more than one hour, only 25% of the duration in case of manual carrying via stairs.
[0029] 3. A wired key controller is applied to commanding the winch to move back and forth and lift the object up and down, thereby realizing simple operation.
[0030] 4. The carrying expense does not exceed RMB 250 at a time, only 10% of the expense in case of the manual carrying, thereby saving the carrying expenditure.
[0031] 5. Only one simple lifting device and less than RMB 1,500 investment are needed for the whole residential area, but it can be used for every building, thus providing convenience for the residents.
