Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of agricultural product processing device,
especially relates to a pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii, the
pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii comprises a housing; a raw
material box is disposed at the internal top end of the housing; a conveyor belt bolted with the
housing is disposed at the lower side of the raw material box; a material guide mechanism is
disposed between the conveyor belt and the raw material box; a detection mechanism is
disposed at the bottom of the material guide mechanism; a cutting mechanism is disposed at
the left side of the detection mechanism; a collecting mechanism is disposed at the lower side
of the conveyor belt, both the collecting mechanism and the raw material box are connected
with a driving mechanism disposed on the outside of the housing. In the present disclosure,
the device can accurately remove the pedicel of Rosa roxburghii by disposing the material
guide mechanism and can automatically remove the pedicel of Rosa roxburghii by disposing
the cutting mechanism, thereby greatly reducing labor intensity and improving the efficiency
of removing the pedicel for Rosa roxburghii.

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of agricultural product processing
device, especially relates to a pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii.
Background
[0002] Rosa roxburghii, a plant of genus Rosa in the family Rosaceae, grows on sunny hillsides,
valleys, roadsides and bushes at the altitude of 500-2500 meters. It is a wild fruit indigenous to
Guizhou, western Hubei mountainous areas, Western Hunan (Xiangxi), Liangshan and Mianning
mountainous areas. It is also known as Shanwang fruit, raspberry fruit, Franco fruit, Cili, Mulizi
(wood pear), thorny pineapple, Songchungui, sour pear, nine-headed bird and Wenxian fruit. As
a nutritious fruit rich in vitamins and trace elements, it has always endeared itself to the local
people and earned the name of "holy fruit of China" among a large number of many
manufacturers.
[0003] Before processing, the flower pedicels on Rosa roxburghii need to be removed.
However, mechanical and automatic pedicel removal of Rosa roxburghii has not been realized.
The pedicels are all cut off manually, which not only inefficient, but also costly. In the harvest
season, the pedicles cannot be removed in time for airing, which has a negative impact on the
product quality. Therefore, to overcome the above-mentioned difficulty, there is an urgent need to develop a pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii.
Summary of the Invention

device for Rosa roxburghii, so as to solve the problems mentioned above.

with a raw material box is disposed at the internal top end of the housing; a conveyor belt bolted
with the housing is disposed at the lower side of the raw material box; a material guide
mechanism is disposed between the conveyor belt and the raw material box; a detection
mechanism is disposed at the bottom of the material guide mechanism; a cutting mechanism is
disposed at the left side of the detection mechanism; a collecting mechanism is disposed at the
lower side of the conveyor belt, both the collecting mechanism and the raw material box are
connected with a driving mechanism disposed on the outside of the housing.

the raw material box; support blocks are fixedly connected at the front and rear sides of the raw material box; a plurality of connection frames connected with a driving mechanism are fixedly connected at the top of the support blocks; a dust suction box isfixedly connected at the left and right ends inside of the raw material box; a dust suction pump is bolted with the inside of the dust suction box, the input end of the dust suction pump is connected with the top end of the dust suction box, and the output end of the dust suction pump is connected with a filter box which is bolted and disposed with the inside of the dust suction box; a plurality of filter screens are detachably connected with the inside of the filter box, and an exhaust pipe is fixedly connected between the bottom end of the filter box and the dust suction box.

a plurality of material guide plates obliquely disposed at the lower side of the raw material box,
the material guide plates are fixedly connected with the housing; baffle plates are fixedly

lowermost material guide plates is abutted against the top end of the conveyor belt.

[0011] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present disclosure are:
1. By setting the material guide mechanism, Rosa roxburghii falls on the material guide
plate under the action of gravity, and as the center of gravity of the Rosa roxburghii is on the side far away from the flower pedicel, so one end of the flower pedicel of the Rosa roxburghii will rise in the process of falling on the material guide plate, thereby ensuring that the device can accurately remove the flower pedicel of the Rosa roxburghii;
2. By setting the detection mechanism, the position of the Rosa roxburghii moving to the
conveyor belt can be monitored, and if the Rosa roxburghii's position doesn't meet the
requirements, the Rosa roxburghii can be pushed away from the conveyor belt through the first
telescopic rod and the push block, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of pedicel removal;
3. By setting the cutting mechanism, the distance between the clamp plates on both sides
can be changed by using the second motor, thereby the Rosa roxburghii can be effectively fixed
in the pedicel removal process. By setting the second telescopic rod and the third telescopic rod,
the cutter can be controlled, thereby the accuracy of pedicel removal of Rosa roxburghii by the
device is improved, and the automatic removal of Rosa roxburghii can be realized, which greatly
reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency of pedicel removal of Rosa roxburghii;
4. By setting the driving mechanism, the first motor drives the rotating rod to rotate, and
through the cam and the second spring, the rotating rod can enable the collecting mechanism
repeatedly move left and right, so that the Rosa roxburghii can be evenly distributed in the
collecting mechanism. Meanwhile, the rotating rod can also drive the transmission rod to rotate,
and by driving the driven rod to rotate, the transmission rod enables the raw material box
repeatedly vibrate up and down, so that can improve the feeding efficiency of the device.

The pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii according to claim 1, characterized in that, a feeding port is disposed at the bottom of the raw material box; support blocks are fixedly connected at the front and rear sides of the raw material box; a plurality of connection frames connected with a driving mechanism are fixedly connected at the top of the support blocks; a dust suction box is fixedly connected at the left and right ends inside of the raw material box; a dust suction pump is bolted with the inside of the dust suction box, the input end of the dust suction pump is connected with the top end of the dust suction box, and the output end of the dust suction pump is connected with a filter box which is bolted and disposed with the inside of the dust suction box; a plurality offilter screens are detachably connected with the inside of the filter box; and an exhaust pipe isfixedly connected between the bottom end of the filter box and the dust suction box.
3 The pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii according to claim 2, characterized in that, the material guide mechanism comprises a plurality of material guide plates obliquely disposed at the lower side of the raw material box, the material guide plates are fixedly connected with the housing; baffle plates are fixedly connected at the front and rear sides of the material guide plates, and the bottom end of the lowermost material guide plates is abutted against the top end of the conveyor belt.

The pedicel processing and removing device for Rosa roxburghii according to claim 3, characterized in that, the detection mechanism comprises push blocks disposed on the upper sides of the front and rear sides of the conveyor belt; afirst telescopic rod is fixedly connected between the push blocks and the housing; and a monitor fixedly connected with the material guide plate is disposed on the right side of the push blocks.
