This invention patent relates to the technical field of agricultural unmanned
aerial vehicle, in particular to a kind of automatic high-efficient spraying

With the rapid development of social economy, unmanned aerial vehicle,

applied to the fields of aerial photography, agriculture, plant protection, micro
selfie, express transportation, disaster rescue, wild animal observation,
infectious diseases monitoring, mapping, news report, electric power
inspection, disaster relief, film shooting, romance maker, etc. Agricultural
unmanned aerial vehicle refers to the UAVs used for agricultural production.
However, existing agricultural UAVs may collide with the ground when
landing due to the carried excessively heavy pesticide box, so they are easily
to be damaged. Therefore, existing UAVs cannot meet existing requirements, with this regard, we propose a kind of automatic high-efficient agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle.
Content of the invention patent
The purpose of the invention patent is to provide a kind of automatic
high-efficient spraying agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), so as to
solve the problems proposed in above background technology that existing
agricultural UAVs are easily to hit the ground and be damaged while landing
due to the overweight pesticide box.

solutions: a kind of automatic high-efficient spraying agricultural unmanned
aerial vehicle (UAV), comprising an UAV main body, a motor is installed
inside the UAV main body, a motor gear is fixedly installed at the front end of

penetrating mode, two transmission turbines are installed below both two ends

connecting plate is fixedly installed at the outer end of the swinging strut,
some guide rods are movably installed in the middle of the connecting plate in
a penetrating mode, buffer plates are fixedly installed on one side of each
guide rod, some buffer springs are installed between the buffer plate and the
connecting plate uniformly, the buffer spring is movably installed outside of
the end of the guide rod, a pesticide box is movably installed below the UAV main body, two U-shaped fixing ring are movably installed at the outside of the pesticide box, a pesticide transport tube is installed below the pesticide box, some water sprinkler are uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer surface of the pesticide transport tube.
Preferably, the two ends of the driving worm that are used to drive the
rotation of two transmission turbines have completely opposite screw
directions, and the lateral teethes of the two transmission turbines also have
completely opposite rotation directions.
Preferably, there are counter bores at the two end faces of the U-shaped
fixing ring, trip bolts are movably installed inside the counter bores, the
U-shaped fixing ring and the UAV main body are fixed through trip bolts.
Preferably, the upper end of the water sprinkler and the outer surface of
the pesticide transport tube are completely fit together, the water sprinkler and
the pesticide transport tube are fabricated through integrated injection
molding.
Preferably, there is a stop plate installed on the guide rod through the end
face of the connecting plate, and the stop plate is fixed on the end of the guide
rod by welding.
Preferably, there are some ball bearings installed between the outside of
the swivel bearing and the UAV main body, the swivel bearing and the UAV
main body are connected by ball bearings.
Preferably, there are connecting tubes between the pesticide transport
tube and the pesticide box, the connecting tube and the pesticide box are fixed by welding, the connecting tube and the pesticide transport tube are connected by hot melting.
Compared with existing techniques, the beneficial effects of the invention
patent are as follows:
1. In this invention patent, when the UAV descends after operations, the
power supply of the motor will be switched on and started firstly, the motor
will rotates the motor gear, the motor gear will rotates the transmission gear
and the driving worm installed in the middle of the transmission gear, the
driving worm will rotates the transmission turbine, the transmission turbine
will rotates the swivel bearing and the swinging strut fixedly installed at the
outside of the end of the swivel bearing toward the below of the UAV main
body until the swinging strut becomes perpendicular to the undersurface of the
UAV main body after a 90-degree rotation. At this moment, along with the
gradually descending of the UAV main body, the buffer plate will touches the
ground firstly, it will drives the guide rods close to the undersurface of the
connecting plate and compresses the buffer springs installed outside the guide
rods, in the meantime the compressed buffer springs will provide a upward
force to the swinging strut and the UAV main body through the connecting
plate, which will counteracts the impact when the UAV main body landing,
therefore prevent the UAV from being seriously collided with the ground and
damaging during landing due to the weight of the pesticide box.
2. In this invention patent, when the UAV prepares to work, the motor
can be started reversely, it will rotates the motor gear reversely, the motor gear
will reversely rotates the transmission gear and the driving worm installed in the middle of the transmission gear, the transmission gear will reversely rotates the transmission turbine, the transmission turbine will reversely rotates the swivel bearing and the swinging strut fixedly installed at the outside of the end of the swivel bearing toward the upward side of the UAV main body until the swinging strut becomes parallel with the undersurface of the UAV main body after a 90-degree rotation. After rotation, the swinging strut, the connecting plate and the buffer plate will not disturb the track of the pesticide sprayed by the water sprinkler installed outside the pesticide transport tube, thereby avoiding the normal pesticide spraying of the UAV, and avoiding the waste of pesticide.

the outer end of the swinging strut 6, some guide rods 9 are movably installed
in the middle of the connecting plate 7 in a penetrating mode, buffer plates 8
are fixedly installed on one side of each guide rod 9, some buffer springs 10
are installed between the buffer plate 8 and the connecting plate 7 uniformly, the buffer spring 10 is movably installed outside of the end of the guide rod 9, a pesticide box 2 is movably installed below the UAV main body 1, two
U-shaped fixing ring 5 are movably installed at the outside of the pesticide
box 2, a pesticide transport tube 3 is installed below the pesticide box 2, some
water sprinkler 4 are uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer surface of
the pesticide transport tube 3.
Further, the two ends of the driving worm 13 that are used to drive the
rotation of two transmission turbines 12 have completely opposite screw
directions, and the lateral teethes of the two transmission turbines 12 also have
completely opposite rotation directions.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the countersunk head is
convenient for the positioning and connection of the fastening screw and the
installation and fixation of U-shaped fixing ring 5 for the suspension and
support of the pesticide box 2 to avoid the drop of the pesticide box 2.
Further, there are counter bores at the two end faces of the U-shaped
fixing ring 5, trip bolts are movably installed inside the counter bores, the
U-shaped fixing ring 5 and the UAV main body 1 are fixed through trip bolts.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the countersunk head is
convenient for the positioning and connection of the fastening screw, therefore
is convenient for the installation and fixation of the U-shaped fixing ring 5 that
suspended supporting the pesticide box 2 to avoid its drop.
Further, the upper end of the water sprinkler 4 and the outer surface of the
pesticide transport tube 3 are completely fit together, the water sprinkler 4 and
the pesticide transport tube 3 are fabricated through integrated injection molding.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the part made by integrated
injection molding have good overall strength, stable connection, and very
good sealing performance, there will be no leakage.
Further, there is a stop plate installed on the guide rod 9 through the end
face of the connecting plate 7, and the stop plate is fixed on the end of the
guide rod 9 by welding.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the stop plate can avoid the
separation between the guide rod 9 and the connection plate 7 when the
swinging strut 6 drives the buffer plate 8 and the connection plate 7 to rotate
downward, so as to ensure that the buffer plate 8 and the guide rod 9 will not
fall off.
Further, there are some ball bearings installed between the outside of the
swivel bearing 11 and the UAV main body 1, the swivel bearing 11 and the
UAV main body 1 are connected by ball bearings.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the welding connection
strengthens the connection performance and stability of the pesticide box 2
and the connecting tube, which has good mechanical strength and will not be
easily damaged or broken.
Further, there are connecting tubes between the pesticide transport tube 3
and the pesticide box 2, the connecting tube and the pesticide box 2 are fixed
by welding, the connecting tube and the pesticide transport tube 3 are
connected by hot melting.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the welding connection
strengthens the connection performance and stability of the pesticide box 2
and the connecting tube, which has good mechanical strength and will not be
easily damaged or broken.
Working principle: when in use, if the UAV descends after operations, the
power supply of the motor 16 will be switched on and started firstly, the motor
16 will rotates the motor gear 15, the motor gear 15 will rotates the
transmission gear 14 and the driving worm 13 installed in the middle of the
transmission gear 14, the driving worm 13 will rotates the transmission turbine
12, the transmission turbine 12 will rotates the swivel bearing 11 and the
swinging strut 6 fixedly installed at the outside of the end of the swivel
bearing 11 toward the below of the UAV main body 1 until the swinging strut
6 becomes perpendicular to the undersurface of the UAV main body 1 after a
-degree rotation. At this moment, along with the gradually descending of the
UAV main body 1, the buffer plate 8 will touches the ground firstly, it will
drives the guide rods 9 close to the undersurface of the connecting plate 7 and
compresses the buffer springs 10 installed outside the guide rods 9, in the
meantime the compressed buffer springs 10 will provide a upward force to the
swinging strut 6 and the UAV main body 1 through the connecting plate 7,
which will counteracts the impact when UAV main body 1 landing, therefore
prevent the UAV from being seriously collided with the ground and damaging
during landing due to the weight of the pesticide box.

vehicle (UAV), comprising an UAV main body (1), its characteristic are as follows: a
motor (16) is installed inside the UAV main body (1), a motor gear (15) is fixedly

one side of the motor gear (15), a driving worm (13) is fixedly installed in the middle
of the transmission gear (14) in a penetrating mode, two transmission turbines (12)
are installed below both two ends of the driving worm (13), two swivel bearings (11)
are fixedly installed in the middle of each transmission turbine (12) respectively in a
penetrating mode, a swinging strut (6) is fixedly installed on the outside of one end of
the swivel bearing (11), a connecting plate (7) is fixedly installed at the outer end of
the swinging strut (6), some guide rods (9) are movably installed in the middle of the
connecting plate (7) in a penetrating mode, buffer plates (8) are fixedly installed on
one side of each guide rod (9), some buffer springs (10) are installed between the
buffer plate (8) and the connecting plate (7) uniformly, the buffer spring (10) is
movably installed outside of the end of the guide rod (9), a pesticide box (2) is
movably installed below the UAV main body (1), two U-shaped fixing ring (5) are
movably installed at the outside of the pesticide box (2), a pesticide transport tube (3)
is installed below the pesticide box (2), some water sprinkler (4) are uniformly and
fixedly installed on the outer surface of the pesticide transport tube (3).
2. According to the automatic high-efficient spraying agricultural unmanned
aerial vehicle (UAV) mentioned in the Claim 1, its characteristics are as follows: the
two ends of the driving worm (13) that are used to drive the rotation of two
