Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive is widely used in clothing, footwear, furniture, automotive, electrical, machinery and other industries. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a multi-purpose hot-melt adhesive, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive production plant, including: dehydration kettle (DI01), transfer pump (J101, JI06), buffer tank (Fl01), vacuum pump (JI02), mixing tank (DI02), condenser (Cl01), MDI tank (Fl02), tank (Fl03), tank (Fl04), feedstock pump (J103-J105); among them, tank (Fl03) is used to store ethyl acetate, tank (Fl04) is used to store toluene; among them, cone bottom height of buffer tank (Fl01) is 425-435 mm, impeller diameter of vacuum pump (J102) is 150-155 mm, nominal volume of mixing tank (DI 02) is 400-450 L.
Polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive production plant, the production process is: added polybutylene adipate into reactor D101, heated and melted to 110-116 °C, turned on vacuum pump JI03, reduced pressure (degree of vacuum 0.65kPa) and dehydrated under stirring fur 50-80 min. Added MDI melted in advance at 50-55 °C to reactor DI02, under stirring, within 1-2 h, added toluene to the reactor in 6-8 times controlled the reaction temperature at 100-105 °C, reacted for 80-110 min, added ethyl acetate, stirred well and stopped the reaction. Before use, scraped the

Polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive production plant, the production process is: added polybutylene adipate into reactor D101, heated and melted to 116 °C, turned on vacuum pump J103, reduced pressure (degree of vacuum 0.65kPa) and dehydrated under stirring fur 80 min. Added MDI melted in advance at 55 °C to 20 reactor D102, under stirring, within 2 h, added toluene to the reactor in 8 times controlled the reaction temperature at 105 °C, reacted for 110 min, added ethyl acetate, stirred well and stopped the reaction. Before use, scraped the glue on the glass to film, so that naturally evaporated the solvent, after 13 h, taken down and got the finished product.

- 2. Polybutylene succinate-MDI hot melt adhesive production plant according to10 claim 1 wherein impeller diameter of vacuum pump (JI 02) is 150-155 mm.
