FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to stabilizer methyl cellulose production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Methyl cellulose is mainly used as adhesive, tackifier and latex stabilizer. It is used as adhesive, suspending agent, flocculation reducer in building materials and ceramics. It is commonly used as water-retaining agent in slurry. It can also be used as 10 a fertilizer adhesive in agriculture. Methyl cellulose is widely used in the construction industry, such as cement, mortar, sealant and other joints compound. In the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food industry, it is used as film-forming adhesive. Methyl cellulose is also used as weaving dyeing sizing agent, synthetic resin dispersant, paint filming agent and thickener. Methyl fiber is a very stable material, with acid-resisting, 15 alkali-resisting, microorganisms-resisting, heat-resisting and so on. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a stabilizer, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of methyl cellulose have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide stabilizer methyl cellulose production plant, including: opener (L101), steeping press (L102), feedstock pump (JI01), feedstock pump (JI04), feedstock pump (JI05), smash reactor (DI01), transfer pump (JI02), transfer pump (JI03), transfer pump (JI06), etherification kettle (DI02), purification kettle (DI03), tank (Fl01), tank (Fl02), dryer (L103), conveyer (V101);
among them, tank (Fl01) is used to store methyl chloride, tank (Fl02) is used to store oxalic acid; among them, impeller diameter of feedstock pump (JI 04) is 130-135 mm, inner pot diameter of purification kettle (DI03) is 600-700 mm, cylinder diameter of tank (F102) is 1200-1300 mm.
Stabilizer methyl cellulose production plant, the production process is: opened the refined cotton pulp and added into steeping press L101, added alkali solution to make the cellulose fully alkalize at a temperature of 40-43 °C, pressed by presser L102, controlled the press ratio at 3.3-3.6, then aged in smash reactor D101 for 1-2 h at 45-47 °C, added the above-mentioned alkali cellulose into etherification kettle DI02, added purified methyl chloride under stirring in vacuum condition, the pressure in the autoclave is 0.4-0.5 MPa and the temperature is 30-32 °C. With the etherification reaction, jacket hot water circulation temperature is 60-65 °C, the pressure is 18.1-18.3 kg/cm2, the etherification time is 2-3 h. Discharged under stirring and adding hot water, added into washing autoclave DI03 for purification, put the wet purified product into rake dryer LI03 to obtain the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
