added petroleum asphalt to reactor D101, heated to 160-170 °C, melted and dehydrated, filtered by L101 to remove impurities, preserved temperature at 70-80 °C and backuped, added soap powder, washing powder, caustic soda and water to circulation kettle DI02, heated to 62-65 °C, stirred well to emulsify, introduced to homogenizer L102, injection cycled for 4-6 s, completed addition of above-mentioned
