The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Stearoyl chromium chloride is used for waterproofing treatment of suede leather and other chrome tanned leathers. After dyeing, refueling, soft leather back, the waterproofing agent can be applied. By its treatment, the water absorption is reduced by more than 50%, impermeable for 12~24h in rain test. It not only gives leather waterproof performance, but also improves the quality of flat leather and plays a solid color effect, which is widely used in tanning industry. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a waterproofing agent, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of stearoyl chromium chloride have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant, including: tank (Fl01), pump (JI01), reactor (DI01), chiller (Cl01), filter (LI01); among them, pump (JI01) is connected respectively to tank (Fl01) and reactor (D101), chiller (Cl01) is connected respectively to reactor (D101) and filter (L101); among them, nominal volume of tank (F101) is 4.2-4.6 m3, inner pot diameter of reactor (D101) is 710-740 mm, heat pipe diameter of chiller (C101) is 0.0142-0.0145 m.
Waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant, the production process is: added chromium trichloride, soap powder and ethanol into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 60-65 °C while stirring, reacted for 2-3 h, then added sodium hydroxide solution, continued to react for 40-60 min at 70-73 °C,

Waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant, the production process is: added chromium trichloride, soap powder and ethanol into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 65 °C while stirring, reacted for 3 h, then added sodium hydroxide solution, continued to react for 60 min at 73 °C, passed the reaction system through chiller C101 and filter L101 for chilling and filtration. The obtained filtrate is the finished product.

tank (Fl01), pump (JI01), reactor (D101), chiller (Cl01), filter (LI01); among them, 5 pump (JI01) is connected respectively to tank (Fl01) and reactor (D101), chiller (C101) is connected respectively to reactor (D101) and filter (L101); among them, nominal volume of tank (Fl 01) is 4.2-4.6 m3.
