SUMMARY The purpose of are present invention is to provide waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant, including: tank (F101), pump (J101), reactor (D101), chiller (C101), filter (L101); among them, pump (Jl0l) is connected respectively to tank (F101) and reactor (D101), chiller (C101) is connected respectively to reactor (D101 ) and filter (L101); among them, nominal volume oftank (F101) is 42-46 in}, inner pot diameter of reactor (D101) is 710-740 mm, heat pipe diameter of chiller (C101) is 0.0142-0.0145 m.
Waterproofing agent stearoyl chromium chloride production plant, the production process is: added chromium trichloride, soap powder and ethanol into reactor D101, raised the temperature to 60-65 "C while stirring, reacted for 2-3 h, then added sodium hydroxide solution, continued to react for 40-60 min at 70~73 "C, passed the reaction system through chiller C101 and filter L101 for chilling and filtration. The obtained filtrate is the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
