FIELD OF THE INVENTION

In the industry, sodium humate can be used to increase yeast capacity, improve ethanol production. It also can be used as a lubricant. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a viscosity reducer, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of sodium humate have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide viscosity reducer sodium humate production plant, including: reactor (D101), concentrator (LI01), dryer (LI02), pulverizer (LI03); among them, concentrator (LI01) is connected to reactor (D101), dryer (LI02) is connected respectively to concentrator (LI01) and pulverizer (L103); among them, nominal volume of reactor (D101) is 210-230 L, jacket capacity of reactor (D101) is 90-95 L, outer pot diameter of reactor (D101) is 600-620 mm.
