SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide emulsified asphalt waterproof coating production plant, including: reactor (D101), transfer pump (J 101), transfer pump (J102), transfer pump (J103), filter (L101), circulation kettle (D102), homogenizer (L102); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: reactor (D101) is connected to transfer pump (J10l), transfer pump (J 101) is connected to filter (L101), filter (L101) is connected to transfer pump (J102), transfer pump (J 102) is connected to circulation kettle (D102), circulation kettle (D102) is connected to transfer pump (J 103), transfer pump (J103) is connected to homogenizer (L102); among them, nominal volume of reactor (D101) is 650-750 L, inlet diameter of transfer pump (1102) is 220-230 mm, impeller diameter of transfer pump (J103) is 160-165 mm.
Emulsified asphalt waterproof coating production plant, the production process is: added petroleum asphalt to reactor D101, heated to 160-170 "C, melted and dehydrated, filtered by L101 to remove impurities, preserved temperature at 70-80 "C and backuped, added soap powder, washing powder, caustic soda and water to circulation kettle D102, heated to 62-65 “C, stirred well to emulsify, introduced to homo genizer L102, injection cycled for 4-6 s, completed addition of above-mentioned asphaltic liquid in 2 min, maintained the pressure at 0.6-0.7 MPa when adding asphaltic, stirred for 1-2 min and discharged to get the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
