FIELD OF THE INVENTION

Water-soluble epoxy resin coating is mainly used for metal primers, which is suitable for adhesives, laminates, casting, impregnation and molds and coatings. Water-soluble epoxy resin coating production plant, the production process is: added linolenic acid to reactor D101, raised the temperature to 110-115 °C, added all the epoxy resin, started stirring. At the same time started vacuum pump JI05 to pump

Reduced the temperature to 150-160 °C, stopped stirring, added maleic anhydride, started stirring and raised the temperature to 220-230 °C, preserved 5 the temperature for 30-40 min, reduced the temperature rapidly to 110-120 °C below, added butanol stirred evenly. Added monoethanolamine in batches in 40-46 °C to neutralize, discharged to get the finished product until the pH value is 7.7-8.2. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
