Thus, as a leather gloss agent, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of DLC-1 leather treatment agent have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents. i SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide DLC-1 leather treatment agent production plant, including: tankl (F101), reactorl (D101), condenser (C101), tank2 (F102), tank3 (F103), tank4 (F104), tank5 (F105), tank6 (F106), tank7 (F107), reactor2 (D102), transfer pump (J 101); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: tankl (F101) is connected to reactorl (D101), tank2 (F102) is connected to reactorl (D101), tank3 (F103) is connected to reactorl (D101), tank4 (F104) is connected to reactorl (D101), condenser (C101) is connected to reactorl (D101), condenser (C101) is connected to reactor2 (D102), reactorl (D101) is connected to transfer pump (J101), transfer pump (J 101) is connected to reactor2 (D102), tank5 (F105) is connected to reactor2 (D102), tank6 (F 106) is connected to reactor2 (D102), tank7 (F107) is connected to reactor2 (D102); among them, heat transfer tube diameter of condenser (C101) is 0.014-0.015 m, cone bottom thickness of tank5 (F105) is 9-10 mm, nominal volume of reactor2 (D102) is 650-750 L.
DLC-1 leather treatment agent production plant, the production process is: added alcoholic nitrocellulose, n-butyl acetate, n-butanol, plasticizer, thymo 1, methylbenzaldehyde and emulsifier into oil dissolving kettle D101, heated slowly to 70~76 °C, intermittent stirred until materials dissolved, allowed to stand for 5-7 h, making it a homogeneous solution for use. Added silicone oil, ethylene glycol, emulsifier, distilled water and salt into emulsification tank D102, raised the temperature to 50-55 "C, added the above oil phase slowly under stirring. Continued to stir for 2-3 h after the oil phase is added, discharged, filtered, continued to emulsify with a colloid mill, cycled for 40 ~ 50min, discharged and got the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
