FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to PVC stabilizer calcium stearate production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
As PVC stabilizer and lubricant, calcium stearate can be used as non-toxic food packaging, medical equipment and other soft film vessels. It can be used as a halogen absorber in polyethylene and polypropylene. The adverse effect of the remaining catalyst in the resin on the color and stability of the resin can be eliminated. It is also widely used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibers and moldings. It can also be used as lubricant and mold release agent for thermosetting plastics such as phenolic and amino and polyester reinforced plastics, thickening agent for greases, waterproofing agent for textiles, flatting agent for paint, and so on. Food-grade calcium stearate is used as anti-caking agent to prevent powdery or crystalline foods from aggregating and agglomerating to keep it free flowing. It can be used for coating with glucose powder, sucrose powder, etc. The maximum allowable dosage is 15g/kg. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a PVC stabilizer, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of calcium stearate have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide PVC stabilizer calcium stearate production plant, including: tank (F101), feedstock pump (J101), esterification reactor (DI01), transfer pump (JI02), centrifuge (LI01), dryer (LI02); among them, tank (Fl01) is used to store water; among them, feedstock pump (JI01) is connected respectively to tank (Fl01) and esterification reactor (DI01), centrifuge (LI01) is connected respectively to transfer pump (JI02) and dryer (LI02); among them, full volume of tank (F101) is 2.7-2.9 m3, impeller diameter of feedstock pump (J101) is

PVC stabilizer calcium stearate production plant, the production process is: put stearic acid and water into esterification reactor D101, heated to dissolve at 80-85 °C, added caustic soda liquid for saponification reaction, added calcium chloride solution 5 at the same temperature for metathesis reaction, precipitated calcium stearate, washed by water, dehydrated by centrifuge L101, dried at 90-96 °C in dryer LI02 for 2-3 h and obtained the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
