Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant, more particularly, relates to ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND
Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer can replace part of PVC and rubber, and also it can be used for cable sheathing, packaging and agricultural film, foam products, medical materials, calcium plastic materials, laminates, washers and hot melt adhesives and so on. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a medical material, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant, including: primary compressor (JI01), secondary compressor (JI02), tubular reactor (DI01), high pressure circulating chiller (Cl01), high pressure separator (LI01), low pressure separator (LI02), water chiller (Cl02), cooling device (Cl03); among them, tubular reactor (DI01) is connected respectively to secondary compressor (JI02) and high pressure separator (LI01), low pressure separator (LI02) is connected respectively to high pressure separator (LI01) and water chiller (Cl02); among them, nominal volume of tubular reactor (DI01) is 320-350 L, heat pipe inside diameter of pressure circulating chiller (C101) is 0.013-0.014 m, heat pipe spacing of water chiller (C102) is 0.022-0.024 m.
Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant, the production process is: added vinyl acetate, initiator, molecular weight regulator as well as ethylene which is compressed twice by JI01 and JI02 into tubular reactor D101, polymerized at temperature of 2O5~2IO °C and pressure of 140 ~ 145 MPa, obtained crude product containing vinyl acetate copolymer. Firstly, separated the crude product and the unreacted gas at 22-25 MPa in high pressure separator L101, re-reacted the unreacted gas by high pressure circulating chiller C101. Vinyl acetate, separated from high pressure separator L101, re-enters the reaction via a low pressure cycle system. Separated the polymer from low pressure separator LI02, extruded, pelletized, dried and obtained the product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.

Vinyl acetate, separated from high pressure separator L101, re-enters the reaction via a low pressure cycle system. Separated the polymer from low pressure separator LI02, extruded, pelletized, dried and obtained the product.

Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant, the production process is:

Firstly, separated the crude product and the unreacted gas at

Vinyl acetate, separated from high pressure separator L101, re-enters the reaction via a low pressure cycle system. Separated the polymer from low pressure separator LI02, extruded, pelletized, dried and obtained the product.

2. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant according to claim 1 wherein heat pipe inside diameter of pressure circulating chiller (Cl01) is 0.013-0.014m.
3. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer production plant according to claim 1
15 wherein heat pipe spacing of water chiller (Cl 02) is 0.022-0.024 m.
