Abstract

Design Method for Wok Support for Cookware for Making Youtiao Abstract The invention relates to a design method for wok support for cookware for making youtiao. The method comprises arranging for the first receiving area to have a shape with wide top and narrow bottom; providing a main heating area arranged along the 5 longitudinal direction of the first receiving area at the bottom portion of the first receiving area and providing an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides of the main heating area; arranging for a first through hole communicated with the outside to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support; arranging for a second 10 through hole communicated with the first through hole to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support; arranging for both the first and second through hole to be located in the heat collecting area at the bottom portion of the wok support. The wok support heat the inner liner in main and auxiliary heating manners, such that oil in the 15 inner liner generates a movement which is good for youtiao to roll, the through hole arranged at the bottom portion of the wok support combined with the handle and the cover generate chimney effect so as to generate a air flow which is good for youtiao to roll. Design Method for Wok Support for Cookware for Making Youtiao Field of the Invention The invention relates to a design method for cookware for making youtiao, especially to a design method for wok support. 5 Description of prior art Currently the cookware for making youtiao has a round shape, youtiao floated on the surface of oil would move to the edge of the cookware under the flow effect, youtiao would bend in a shape 10 similar to the shape of the edge, the shape of youtiao turns into arcuate shape resulted in reducing the qualification rate of youtiao. In order to maintain the straight shape of youtiao, the youtiao should be manually placed back to the middle portion of the wok to be continued on frying. There are a plurality of youtiaoes fried 15 together in the cookware at the same time for increasing productivity, becaue of the round shape of cookware and the strip profiled shape of youtiao, the area where can hold a totally straight youtiao is the middle portion of the cookware, the portion close to the edge can not hold a totally straight youtiao, unless youtiao has a 20 bending shape, but a youtiao with bending shape is not a conforming product, so the cookwar with a round shape has a low productivity, it is need to continually hold the positon of youtiao in the cookware during the frying process, the action is manual, so the labor cost in increased. 25 How to avoid youtiao from bending, maintaining the straight shape of youtiao with no manual intervention so as to increase the qualification and reduce the labor cost, it is a problem waiting to be solved. 1/8 Summary of the present invention The object of the invention is to provide a design method for wok support for cookware for making youtiao. 5 Therefore, the invention provides a design method for wok support for cookware for making youtiao, the method comprises providing a first receiving area with a square profile and a first receiving area with a square opening facing up, the first receiving 10 area used for receiving a inner liner matching the cookware; arranging for the first receiving area to have a shape with wide top and narrow bottom; providing a main heating area arranged along the longitudinal direction of the first receiving area at the bottom portion of the first 15 receiving area and providing an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides of the main heating area; arranging for a first through hole communicated with the outside to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support along the longitudinal direction of the wok support; 20 arranging for a second through hole communicated with the first through hole to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support along the transverse direction of the wok support; arranging for both the first and second through hole to be located in the heat collecting area at the bottom portion of the wok 25 support. Because the main heating area is arranged above the heat collecting area, the temperature of the main heating area is obviously higher than the temperature of the auxiliary heating area 20 located on both sides of the main heating area, therefore oil near the first arcuate surface moves up under the effect of the temperature difference, while oil near the second or third plane moves down to the first arcuate surface, youtiao floated on the surface of oil moves to the edge of the cookware, and stops at the 25 edge, because the edge of the cookware that is the first or second plane is with a plane shape, youtiao has a straight shape, so the qualification rate is increased. 2. A solid area surrounded by the first plane 1, the second arcuate surface 5, the first arcuate surface 4 and the third arcuate 25 surface 6 is defined as the heat collecting area 7, there is a first through hole 12 arranged along the axial direction of the first arcuate surface 4 in the heat collecting area 7, the first through hole 12 passes through the front and rear vertical plane 9,10 of the wok support, there are five second through holes 13 arranged 30 equidistantly along the left-right direction of the wok support in the heat collecting area 7, the second through hole 13 passes through the second and third arcuate surface 5,6, the second through hole 13 communicates with the first through hole 12. The arcuate surface is arranged to connect planes of the wok support to make the 5/8 temperature distribution and transmission more even, and such arrangement is convenient for manufacturing. Referring to Fig.4, it is a cookware with the wok support according 5 to the invention, firstly the handle is assembled in the second receiving cavity 14, secondly the supporting plate is assembled in the profiled through hole of the wok support, thirdly the supporting plate and the handle are fastened by the fastening bolts and nuts such that the handle can not uncouple from the wok support with 10 the help of limiting effect from the profiled through hole to the supporting plate; fourthly the inner liner is put into the first receiving cavity 11, the inner liner can be fitted well with the first receiving cavity 11 with the help of the interference effect between them, finally the cover is partly studded in the responding second 15 groove of the handle, the cover can be fastened to the handle with the help of the interference effect between them. When the assemble is done, the cookware has a receiving area with wide top and narrow bottom for receiving youtiao and oil, the receiving area has a square opening facing up, the receiving area is used for 20 receiving oil and youtiao 16. Referring to Fig.5 and Fig.6, because the inner liner has a peripheral wall fitting well with the inner shape of the wok support, heat from the heat collecting area 7 of the wok support can transfer to the 25 corresponding bottom portion of the inner liner very well, heat from the second and third plane 2,3 can transfer to the corresponding side plane of the inner liner very well. Because the temperature of the heat collecting area 7 is obviously higher than the temperature of the second or third plane 2,3, the bottom portion of the receiving 30 area of the inner liner becomes the main heating area, two sides of the main heating area that is the two slopes of the inner liner become the auxiliary heating area. After the cookware is heated, the temperature of the air in the air 6/8 inlet is higher than the temperature of the air in the second air channel, and the air outlet locates at the top portion of the cookware, therefore air from outside through the air inlet passes through the first air channel, the first confluence cavity, the second 5 air channel, the second confluence cavity in sequence, finally air come out from the air outlet. The angle between the direction of the air from the air outlet and the oil surface is about ten degrees, air flow in this direction blows the upper edge of the youtiao 16 near the edge of the inner liner so as to make the youtiao 16 roll 10 around its axis in clockwise direction, the flow effect of oil help youtiao 16 roll, rolling is good for youtiao 16 to heat evenly so as to make youtiao 16 with good appearance, and with the same color. There are a plurality of youtiaoes 16 fried together in the square 15 cookware at the same time for increasing productivity, five youtiaoes 16 can be hold in the receiving area according to the oil quantity in the receiving area, because the receiving area has a square opening while the youtiao 16 has a strip profiled shape, five youtiaoes 16 can be placed one by one in the receiving area, the 20 straight youtiao 16 rolls around its axis in the receiving area under the flow effect, especially youtiao 16 rolls slowly at the edge of the cookware, Therefore, the square cookware can fry five conforming youtiaoes 16 with no manual intervention, referrign to Fig.4. 25 The first plane 1 of the wok support can be placed on the fire to heat directly, when the material of the wok support is metal, such as iron, aluminum, copper or alloy. When the material of wok support is iron, the first plane 1 of the wok support can be placed on the electromagnetic oven. 30 The temperature of oil in the receiving area changes slowly due to the effect of the heat collecting area 7, especially when a plurality of doughs are just placed into the cookware, the temperature of oil reduces down, but the heat from heat collecting area 7 supplies the 7/8 lost heat quicklyso as to slow down the temperature drop, thus the temperature of oil is still in the frying range. The oil in the receiving area is mainly heated by the first arcuate 5 surface 4 above the heat collecting area 7 and assistantly heated by the second and third plane 2,3, such arrangement increases an oil flow in the middle portion of the receiving area, that is above the first arcuate surface 4 moving up along the its axis, and increases an oil flow near the second or third plane 2,3 moving down, so the oil 10 on the surface moves from the middle portion of the receiving area along the axial direction of the first arcuate surface 4 to the edge of the cookware. Thus the youtiao 16 moves directionally to the edge of cookware after rising to the surface of oil, rather than to rotate in clockwise or anticlockwise direction on the oil surface. After the 15 youtiao 16 moves to the edge of the cookware, the straight youtiao 16 rolls around its axis in the receiving area under the oil flow effect combined with the air flow effect, rolling is good for youtiao 16 to heat evenly so as to make youtiao 16 with good appearance, and with the same color. When there are a plurality of youtiaoes 16 in 20 the cookware, youtiaoes 16 arrange themselves into a queue as shown in Fig.4. The oil on the surface moves radially to the edge of the round cookware because the heating plane at the bottom of the wok is 25 circular. So the youtiao 16 rotates in clockwise or anticlockwise direction on the oil surface so as to make the length direction of youtiao 16 align with the radial direction of the wok as moving to the edge of cookware. When there are a plurality of youtiaoes 16 in the wok, them collide to one another and arrange higgledy-piggledy 30 in the wok resulted in wasting space, it is need to make them in order with manual intervention so as to place more youtiaoes 16 in the wok. 8/8

Claims (3)

1. A design method for wok support for cookware for making youtiao, comprising providing a first receiving area (11) with a square profile and a first receiving area (11) with a square opening facing up, the 5 first receiving area (11) used for receiving a inner liner matching the cookware , characterized by arranging for the first receiving area (11) to have a shape with wide top and narrow bottom; providing a main heating area arranged along the 10 longitudinal direction of the first receiving area (11) at the bottom portion of the first receiving area (11) and providing an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides of the main heating area; arranging for a first through hole (12) communicated with the outside to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support 15 along the longitudinal direction of the wok support; arranging for a second through hole (13) communicated with the first through hole (12) to be located at the bottom portion of the wok support (1) along the transverse direction of the wok support; 20 arranging for both the first and second through hole (12,13) to be located in the heat collecting area (7) at the bottom portion of the wok support.

A design method for wok support for cookware for making 25 youtiao according to claim 1, characterized by defining the area surrounded by the first plane (1), the second arcuate surface (5), the first arcuate surface (4) and the third arcuate surface (6) as a heat collecting area (7); arranging for the second plane (2) to transition to the first 30 plane (1) through the second arcuate surface (5); arranging for the third plane (3) to transition to the first plane (1) through the third arcuate surface (6); 1/2 arranging for the second plane (2) to transition to the third plane (3) through the first arcuate surface (4); arranging for the second plane (2) and the third plane (3) to be symmetrical about the central plane of the first arcuate 5 surface (4); arranging for the second arcuate surface (5) and the third arcuate surface (6) to be symmetrical about the central plane of the first arcuate surface (4); arranging for the second plane (2) and the third plane (3) 10 to be vertical to each other.
