There are a plurality of youtiaoes fried 15 together in the cookware at the same time for increasing productivity, becaue of the round shape of cookware and the strip profiled shape of youtiao, the area where can hold a totally straight youtiao is the middle portion of the cookware, the portion close to the edge can not hold a totally straight youtiao, unless youtiao has a 20 bending shape, but a youtiao with bending shape is not a conforming product, so the cookwar with a round shape has a low productivity, it is need to continually hold the positon of youtiao in the cookware during the frying process, the action is manual, so the labor cost in increased. 25 How to avoid youtiao from bending, maintaining the straight shape of youtiao with no manual intervention so as to increase the qualification and reduce the labor cost, it is a problem waiting to be solved. 30 1/13 Summary of the present invention The object of the invention is to provide a design method for cookware for making youtiao. 5 Therefore, the invention provides a design method for cookware for making youtiao, the method comprises providing a wok support, a inner liner, a cover and a handle; further providing a receiving area with wide top and narrow bottom, the receiving area having a square opening facing up; 10 providing a main heating area arranged along the longitudinal direction of the receiving area at the bottom portion of the receiving area, and providing an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides of the main heating area; providing an air inlet communicated with the outside at the 15 bottom portion of the wok support along the longitudinal direction of the wok support; providing a first air channel communicated with the air inlet at the bottom portion of the wok support along the transverse direction of the wok support; 20 arranging for both the first confluence cavity communicated with the first air channel, and the second air channel communicated with the first confluence cavity to be located between the wok support and the handle; arranging for a second confluence cavity communicated with 25 the second air channel to be located between the cover, the handle and the wok support; arranging for an air outlet communicated with the second confluence cavity to be located between the cover and the edge of the opening of the inner liner, the air outlet facing the central plane 30 of the inner liner. Detailed description of the preferred embodiment Fig.1 and Fig.3 are 3d-drawings relative to an embodiment of a cookware according to the present invention. 20 The cookware has one wok support 1 with a square profile, the cookware comprises two removable handles 3, four supporting plates, one inner liner 2, two covers 4, and a plurality of fastening bolts and nuts. There are a plurality of youtiaoes 0 fried together in the cookware at the same time for increasing productivity, becaue of the round 10/13 shape of cookware and the strip profiled shape of youtiao 0, the area where can hold a totally straight youtiao 0 is the middle portion of the cookware, the portion close to the edge can not hold a totally straight youtiao 0, unless youtiao 0 has a bending shape, 5 but a youtiao 0 with bending shape is not a conforming product, so the cookware with a round shape can only make three conforming youtiaoes 0 from five youtiaoes 0 with no manual intervention. Fig.8 is a 3d-drawing of pouring oil from round cookware to the 10 cookware shown in Fig.1, in order to make comparison between the square cookware and the traditional round cookware. A design method for cookware for making youtiao, comprising providing a wok support (1), a inner liner (2), a cover (4) and a handle (3), characterized by 5 further providing a receiving area with wide top and narrow bottom, the receiving area having a square opening facing up; providing a main heating area arranged along the longitudinal direction of the receiving area at the bottom portion of 10 the receiving area, and providing an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides of the main heating area; providing an air inlet (6) communicated with the outside at the bottom portion of the wok support (1) along the longitudinal direction of the wok support; 15 providing a first air channel (7) communicated with the air inlet (6) at the bottom portion of the wok support (1) along the transverse direction of the wok support; arranging for both the first confluence cavity (8) communicated with the first air channel (6), and the second air 20 channel (9) communicated with the first confluence cavity (8) to be located between the wok support (1) and the handle (3); arranging for a second confluence cavity (10) communicated with the second air channel (9) to be located between the cover (4), the handle (3) and the wok support (1); 25 arranging for an air outlet (11) communicated with the second confluence cavity (10) to be located between the cover (4) and the edge of the opening of the inner liner, the air outlet (11) facing the central plane of the inner liner (2). 30

A design method for cookware for making youtiao according to claim 2, characterized by providing a fixed plane (31) fitting well with the first plane 20 (101) of the wok support (1) to the handle (3); arranging for a first supporting plane (32) to be located at a distance from the second arcuate surface (105); arranging for a second supporting plane (33) to be parallel with and located at a distance from the second plane (102) of the 25 wok support (1); arranging for a mounting plane (34) to be parallel with the fixed plane (31); arranging for two side planes (37) to fit well with the wok support (1); 30 using the space surrounded by the fixed plane (31), the first supporting plane (32), the second supporting plane (33), the mounting plane (34), and two side planes (37) for receiving hand.
