Cookware for Making Youtiao Field of the Invention The invention relates to a kitchen cookware, especially to a cookware for making youtiao. 5 Description of prior art Currently the cookware for making youtiao has a round shape, youtiao floated on the surface of oil would move to the edge of the cookware under the flow effect, youtiao would bend in a shape 10 similar to the shape of the edge, the shape of youtiao turns into arcuate shape resulted in reducing the qualification rate of youtiao. In order to maintain the straight shape of youtiao, the youtiao should be manually placed back to the middle portion of the wok to be continued on frying. The cookware has one wok support 1 with a square profile, the cookware comprises two removable handles 3, four supporting plates, one inner liner 2, two 15 covers 4, and a plurality of fastening bolts and nuts. A cookware for making youtiao, comprising a wok support (1), a inner liner (2), a cover (4) and a handle (3), characterized in that the cookware comprising a receiving area with wide top 5 and narrow bottom, the receiving area having a square opening facing up; a main heating area arranged along the longitudinal direction of the receiving area at the bottom portion of the receiving area, an auxiliary heating area arranged to the both sides 10 of the main heating area; an air inlet (6) communicated with the outside being arranged at the bottom portion of the wok support (1) along the longitudinal direction of the wok support; a first air channel (7) communicated with the air inlet (6) 15 being arranged at the bottom portion of the wok support (1) along the transverse direction of the wok support; both the first confluence cavity (8) communicated with the first air channel (6), and the second air channel (9) communicated with the first confluence cavity (8) being arranged 20 between the wok support (1) and the handle (3); a second confluence cavity (10) communicated with the second air channel (9) being arranged between the cover (4), the handle (3) and the wok support (1); an air outlet (11) communicated with the second 25 confluence cavity (10) being arranged between the cover (4) and the edge of the opening of the inner liner, the air outlet (11) facing the central plane of the inner liner (2).
