Descriptions Ttraditional Chinese Medicine Perfusate For The Treatment Of Dairy Cow Mastitis And A Preparation Method Thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of veterinary medicines, especially to a traditional Chinese medicine perfusate for the treatment of dairy cow mastitis and a preparation method thereof. Background Art Dairy cow mastitis, one of the commonest cow diseases, includes 80 to 130 types of pathogens, among which streptococcus agalactiae, streptococcus dysgalactiae, staphylococcus aureus, mycoplasma, streptococcus uberis, escherichia coli and the like are mainly representative. Dairy cow mastitis is generally classified into two types: 1. subclinical mastitis, which is characterized in that, the body defense mechanism at the early stage of mastitis onset struggles roughly with pathogens, no inflammation and thermal pain occurs outside mammary glands, abnormal change of milk quality is not observed from outside, however, it can still be seen according to laboratory analysis that the number of somatic cells in milk surpasses 0.5 million per mL; 2, clinical mastitis, which is characterized in that, the abnormalities of both mammary glands and milk are observed, and flocculent milk dregs, coagulum and water-like milk serum are present in milk. The udder site infected by acute mastitis has the following symptoms: sudden swelling, reddish skin, fever and hardening. The dairy cow suffering from the acute mastitis has the following symptoms: body temperature rise (to over 41 'C sometimes), quickened pulse, polypnea, mental depression, inappetence, extreme emaciation along with the progression of disease, lying all the time. In case of severe mastitis, the dairy cow has the following symptoms: enophthalmos, stinky excrement and physical exhaustion, and finally dies of septicemia. Data statistics show that, about 50% of 1.1 million lactating cows in dairy farming-prosperous U.S.A at present suffers from the acute mastitis, and according to the investigations in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities in our country, the incidence rate of the acute mastitis is about 60%, the loss caused by dairy cow mastitis in our country is economically equal to 1526.25 Yuan of every diseased cow every year, hence, it can be easily found that the dairy cow mastitis has become one of important reasons for economic loss of cow production. Currently, what is used in general for the treatment of the dairy cow mastitis is antibiotics, which, although having particular curative effect, can result in the severe problems of medicine residue and polluted animal-derived food and do large stimulation harm to cultivated animals so as to cause strong stress response.
