Abstract

1. An apparatus for receiving milk deliveries by means of a milk collecting transport vehicle, comprising a milk-collecting tank (29), which is adapted to be filled via a quantity meter (32) and is preceded by air separator means (25), also comprising a vacuum pump (9), the vacuum of which produces a suction action in a suction hose (2) for taking the milk deliveries from a delivery vessel (1), characterized in that the milk collecting tank (29) is preceded by two preliminary air separator containers (5, 6), which are adapted to evacuated and to be connected in alternation to the suction hose (2) in order to be completely emptied through their bottom without an entraining action and which spatially precede and are separately connected by at least one valve to the air separator means (25 or 25a, 25b) and from which partial quantities can be taken (33, 34) for providing samples of each milk delivery.
