Abstract
The entry chamber (2) extends over the complete height of both decks. There is a bridge-like gangway (3) across the chamber at approx. half the height of the carriage. The bridge is diagonal to the longitudinal carriage axis. It is U-shaped, and connected to the carriage roof via diagonal ties. The entry chamber has a window on the upper deck. The entry height of an access door (5) is larger than the height of the lower deck. The exterior of the bridge railing has side walls, for passenger information and/or advertising.
