Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a doughnut-type core transformer which can be manufactured perfectly in mechanical and very mechanically with an exteremely large number of sections, has very uniform electrical characteristics with regard to frequency and a constant number of sections in the completed condition and can be easily fitted to an SMD circuit. CONSTITUTION: A small-sized or chip-type HF magnetic coil device, for example, a doughnut-type core transformer is composed of base bodies 10, 11, made of a plastic material having an aperture for a magnetic core 2. The upper side 10 and lower side 11 of the basic body include a conductor 5 and, at the inside thereof, there is provided a through-hole having a plated aperture, in which a conductor 5 is connected by a method of providing individual coils around the magnetic core 2 and thereby the number of turns defines the winding of coils 6, 7. Moreover, these apparatuses are manufactured of a large number of sections.
