Schlagwerk mit geräuschloser Rechenführung für Pendeluhren.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, das störende Geräusch, das bei Rechenschlaguhren die Führung des Rechens mittels des üblichen Schöpfers und Einfallhebels verursacht, zu vermeiden. Sie besteht im wesentlichen in der Bewegung des Rechens mittels zweier Zahnräder, von denen eines an der Achse des Hebstiftenrades befestigt ist, das zweite an einem Hebel derart lagert, dass es die Drehbewegung des Hebstiftenrades mittels Zahnradgetriebes auf den Rechen überträgt und mit demselben durch die Bewegungen des Hebels beim Auslösen des Schlagwerks in und ausser Verbindung gebracht werden kann.
Die Zeichnung zeigt die Neuheit an einem Halbstundenschlagwerk mit der Stellung der einzelnen Teile nach gesperrtem Laufwerk. Die Achse des Hebstiftenrades-gleich dem übrigen Räderwerk durch Kreise angedeutet-tragt an der Innenseite der Werkplatte das Zahnrad a. Dasselbe steht im Eingriff mit dem Zahnrad b, das durch die Werkplatte ragt und an dem Hebel c derart angebracht ist, dass es mit dem gezahnten Rechen d in Verbindung kommt. Behufs Auslösung des Schlagwerks wird das Zahnrad b mittels des Auslösehebels i vom Rechea so weit abgehoben, als es der Stundenschlag mit dem Abfall des Rechens an die Stundenstaffel bzw. der Halbstundenschlag mit der Einstellung an einem bestimmten Teil des Zahnrades b erfordert.
Die Sperrung des Laufwerkes erfolgt in der Weise, dass der Hebel c mit dem Zahnrad b nach Einziehung des Rechens von demselben abgleitet, wobei ein Stift f am Hebel dem an der Achse eines Laufwerkrades sitzenden Schlussarm h als Anschlag dient.

The purpose of the present invention is to avoid the annoying noise that causes the rake to be guided by means of the usual scoop and drop lever in the case of slide rule clocks. It consists essentially in the movement of the rake by means of two gears, one of which is attached to the axis of the lifting pin wheel, the second is mounted on a lever in such a way that it transmits the rotary movement of the lifting pin wheel to the rake by means of a gear drive and with the same through the movements the lever can be brought in and out of connection when the striking mechanism is triggered.
