  Seitliche Schutzvorrichtung zwischen gekuppelten   Strassenhahnwagen.   



   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Absperren des zwischen   Motor-und Anhängewagen vorhandenen Raumes, deren   wesentliche Neuerung in der An* wondung einer vollen Wand besteht, welche infolge ihrer eigenartigen Construction die für das Durchfahren von Curven erforderliche und durch die ungleichmässige Belastung, sowie die gegenseitigen Schwankungen der Wagen bedingte Beweglichkeit besitzt. 



   Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung zeigt :
Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung in Ansicht,
Fig. 2 im Horizontalschnitt nach Linie   A-B   der Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 im Verticalschnitt nach Linie   C-D   der Fig. 1,
Fig. 4 eine der Fig. 1 entsprechende Ansicht in kleinerem Massstabe, aus welcher die Beweglichkeit der Vorrichtung bei Höhenschwankungen der Wagen hervorgeht. 



   Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer zweckmässig aus Eisenblech hergestellten Platte a mit zu beiden Seiten daran befestigten Führungen b und den in letzteren verschiebbaren Leisten c, welche mit je einer Nuth d versehen sind, in welchen mittels der senkrecht   übereinanderliegenden Zapfen f die Einschiebeplatten 9 gelenkig gehalten werden. Die Platten 9 sind wiederum mit ihren senkrechten Aussenkanten mittels Zapfen h in den   Leisten i gelenkig angeordnet, welche mit Ösen k versehen sind, mittels derer die Vorrichtung thürartig am   Motor-bezw.   Anhängewagen eingehängt wird. Behufs Verhinderns des   vollständigen Herauszichens   der Platten   9   sind'sowohl die Leisten c, als auch die Führungen b mit entsprechenden Anschlägen   l   versehen. 



   Die Länge der Platte a ist so bemessen, dass die Einschiebeplatten bei gekuppelten Wagen etwas herausgezogen werden müssen, um den Raum zwischen beiden Wagen aus-   zufüllen.   Beim Durchfahren von Curven schieben sich die Platten   9   der an der Innenseite befindlichen Schutzvorrichtung alsdann ein, während die an der   Aussenseite   weiter herausgezogen worden, wodurch die erforderliche Verkürzung und Verlängerung eintritt, während die tangentiale Einstellung durch die gelenkige Befestigung der Leisten i an den Wagen ermöglicht wird. Den Höhenunterschieden beider Wagen infolge ungleicher Belastung oder gegenseitiger Schwankungen wird durch die drehbare Anordnung der Einschiebeplatten in
