   Zweck der Erfindung ist, bei gusseisernen Öfen (z. B. zylindrischen   Kanonenöfen,   Kokskölben   u. dgl. ) den Kohlenverbrauch für Hausbrandzweeke auf das möglichst kleinste Mass herabzudrücken.   



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Einsatz, welcher trog-oder rinnenförmig ausgebildet ist. Nicht nur der Boden, sondern auch die Seitenflächen besitzen Schlitze. Hiedurch wird erreicht, dass bei gerin-

   Der durch die Fig. 1 bis 4 dargestellte Einsatz ist im zylindrischen Gehäuse eines gusseisernen Kanonenofens angeordnet und beispielsweise als   Blechkörper   gedacht. Er besteht aus drei Teilen, aus dem Boden R, welcher auf Nocken N des Gehäuses G aufruht und aus den beiden Seitenteilen 81 und   dz
