  Aluminiumlot.

  Aluminum solder.

The subject of the parent patent no. 887It is an aluminum solder consisting of about 30 parts of zinc, 30 parts of lead and about 40 parts of tin. The melting point of the solder is around 1600 C.

It. it has now been found that replacing part of the zinc with copper, silver, magnalium, while maintaining the other advantages of solder and at approximately the same melting point, results in a thinner and very easily mobile flow and, as a result of the thinner consistency of the melt, handling the Soldering iron is much easier.

Below are some changes to the composition of the solder of the parent patent No. 88711 according to the present invention.

Like the solder of the parent patent, these solders produce a connection that has the same strength as unsoldered aluminum.
