Wagenkipper.
Gegenstand des Patentes Nr. 84471 ist ein Wagenkipper, welcher ausser einer kippbaren Plattform und einer auf dieser drehbaren Drehscheibe, mit welcher der Wagen mit jeder beliebigen seiner vier Seiten parallel zur Kippachse eingestellt werden kann, Stützvorrichtungen für eine Seitenkippung und Stirnkippung des Wagens enthält, wobei die Stützen für die Seitenkippung zweckmässig auf der Drehscheibe gelagert sind. Die Lagerung der Stützen unmittelbar auf der Drehscheibe hat den Vorteil, dass dieselben leicht derart angeordnet werden können, dass sie der Stirnkippung nicht im Wege stehen und auch keine grosse Ausladung besitzen müssen.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden nun die Übelstände bei der Lagerung der Seitenstützvorrichtung auf der Kipperplattform. dadurch vermieden, dass die Seitenstützvorrichtung verschwenkbar gelagert ist, so dass sie einerseits in eine solche Lage verschwenkt werden kann, dass sie bei der Stirnkippung nicht im Wege steht und andrerseits in eine solche Stützstellung verschwenkt werden kann, dass sie, ohne in der Aussergebrauchstellung ausladen zu müssen, den Wagen für die Seitenkippung abstützen kann. Dies gestattet eine Anordnung der beiden Stützvorrichtungen für die Seiten-und Stirnkippung auch bei Kippern der genannten Art derart, dass die eine gegenüber der anderen nicht vorsteht.
Die Anordnung gemäss der Erfindung ermöglicht die Ausbildung der Drehscheibe als Balancedrehscheibe, ohne dass es einer Ausbalancierung bedarf und überdies die Anbringung eines Quergeleises auf der Drehscheibe, ohne Rücksicht auf die Lage der Stützvorrichtungen, so dass der Wagen in jeder Kipplage auf ein Abstellgeleise abgeführt werden und ein neuer Wagen direkt auf die Drehscheibe auffahren kann.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht. a ist eine Kippbühne und b deren Kipplager. c ist eine um ihre Mittelpunktachse drehbare Drehscheibe, deren Drehachse d auf der Kippbühne gelagert ist. In der Zeichnung ist die Drehscheibe mit einem Kreuzgeleise e, eI versehen, so dass der Wagen nach der Kippung ohne Rückdrehung der Drehscheibe auf ein Abstellgeleise abgetührt werden und ein neuer Wagen auf die Drehscheibe auffahren kann.
Die Abstützung des Wagens bei der Stirnkippung erfolgt mit Abstützböcken g, die auf der Kippbühne a angeordnet sind. Für die Seitenkippung dienen schwenkbare Stützen h, die z. B. mittels eines Schraubentriebes i, k, der mittels eines Rädergetriebes antreibbar ist, verstellt und festgestellt werden können.
