Verfahren und Apparat zur Aufbereitung von Erzen u. dgl.
Durch das Stammpatent Nr. 69147 ist ein Verfahren zur Aufbereitung von Erzen u. dgl. unter Anwendung von Öl, Teer, Kohlenwasserstoff oder Fett in einer Flüssigkeit geschützt, das darin besteht, dass das Erz und das Öl usw. bei dem Eintritt in die Flüssigkeit einer starken Verrührung durch einen oder mehrere Flüssigkeitsstrahlen unter hohem Druck ausgesetzt werden. Gemäss den im Stammpatente beschriebenen Ausführungsformen wird dieses Verfahren so ausgeführt, dass. die Flüssigkeitsstrahlen, welche die Verrührung bewirken sollen, in die Trennungsbehälter getrennt von dem Erze eingeführt werden oder mit diesem erst in einer Injektordüse in Berührung kommen, durch welche der Verrührungsstrahl ausströmt.
Bei fortgesetzten Versuchen mit diesem Aufbereitungsverfahren hat es sich heraus- gestellt, dass gewisse Vorteile erzielt werden können, wenn das Verfahren so abgeändert wird, dass das Erz, das Öl oder Teer usw. und eine Menge Flüssigkeit, welche zuerst miteinander gemischt worden sind, durch eine Pumpe u. dgl. geleitet werden, welche die Mischung in der Form eines oder mehrerer Strahlen gegen eine feste oder bewegliche Wand, eine Platte, Schale oder andere Fläche herausspritzt, welche über dem Behälter, worin die Trennung stattfinden soll, so angebracht ist, dass die Mischung von der Fläche in den

teilchen zerschlagen und in der Mischung äusserst fein verteilt werden.
In der Zeichnung sind in Fig. i bis 3 einige Ausführungsformen als Beispiele eines Apparates zur Ausführung dieses Verfahrens dargestellt.
In dem Behälter 1, in dem Erz, Öl o. dgl. und eine Menge Flüssigkeit, z. B. Wasse : miteinander vermischt werden, rotiert eine Spiralpumpe 2, welche für jede Umdrehung eine gewisse Menge der Mischung aus dem Behälter heraufholt und sie durch das Druckrohr 3 herausspritzt. Nach der in Fig. i dargestellten Ausführungsform wird die Mischung gegen eine feste, rinnenförmige Platte 14 ausgespritzt, die über den Trennungsbehälter 5 angebracht ist, so dass die Mischung von der Platte 14 in diesen hineinfliesst. Der Behälter 5 ist in üblicher Weise mit einem Randabfluss 6 und mit einem verschliessbaren Bodenabfluss 8 versehen. Wenn der aus dem Rohre 3 ausströmende Strahl gegen die Platte 14 stösst, werden die 01-oder Teerteilchen darin zerschlagen und fein verteilt.
