Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nitrosoverbindungen des Oxylignins oder Oxylignon
Oxylignin bzw. Oxylignon wird durch Abspaltung der Sulfonsäuregruppen in ligninsulfonsauren bzw. lignonsulfonsauren Salzen beispielsweise durch Schmelzen mit Alkali hergestellt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, Nitrosoverbindungen des Oxylignins oder Oxylignons herzustellen. Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass man nach für die Nitrosierung organischer Verbindungen an sich bekannten Methoden salpeterige Säure oder Stoffe, die salpeterige Säure entwickeln, zn B. Nitrit unter Zusatz von Säure, auf Oxylignin oder Oxylignon einwirken lässt.
Beispiel : 50 g Oxylignin oder Oxylignon werden in verdünntem Alkali gelöst, z. B. ion 3/4 l bis 1 l 2 bis 4"/obigem Natriumhydrat, und dieser Lösung wird eine Lösung von etwa 40 g Natriumnitrit in 150 g Wasser zugesetzt. Nachdem die Lösung abgekühlt worden ist, werden unter Umrühren und Abkühlen. allmählich 600 < : io"/, ige Schwefelsäure zugesetzt, wobei die Nitrosoverbindung als dunkelbrauner bis brauner Niederschlag herausfällt. Zum Zwecke, die Umsetzung vollständig, zu machen, wird hierauf einige Stunden umgerührt. Die erhaltene Nitrosoverbindung wird von der Lösung, z. B. durch Filtrieren, getrennt und gewaschen. Die Nitrosoverbindung ist in Alkali löslich.

Oxylignin or oxylignon is produced by splitting off the sulfonic acid groups in lignosulfonic acid or lignonsulfonic acid salts, for example by melting with alkali.
The present invention relates to a process for preparing nitroso compounds of oxylignin or oxylignon. The process consists in using methods known per se for the nitrosation of organic compounds to allow nitric acid or substances which develop nitric acid, e.g. nitrite with the addition of acid, to act on oxylignin or oxylignon.
