Method and device for flotation processing of ores.
The invention relates to a method and a device for the flotation of ores. With known swimming methods and especially when using several e. In simple floating devices, the ore content of the concentrates of the individual partial devices is more or less different. The concentrates in the first sub-units are richer, in the following they gradually become poorer. If the entire concentrate has too low a content for immediate utilization, the first richer concentrates are usually collected for use and used as the end product, while the following poorer concentrates are left with the raw heap; see being subjected to the swimming procedure again.
A s @@ cher process is naturally imperfect; once the whole swimming apparatus becomes through it
EMI1.1
R.'haufwerke is fed to the first dividing apparatus. In addition, the ore content of the first concentrates is reduced, unless they are intermediate products that are considerably more substantial than the raw material. Third, if it is a question of the mixture of ores of different swimming powers, will any separation of these er? e changed.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the invention, namely thereby. that the concentrate formed in each individual apparatus is fed to the preceding apparatus as required in that the concentrate and the outlets are led in opposite directions.
The drawing shows an apparatus particularly suitable for carrying out this method

EMI2.1
The procedure is similar when it comes to a mixture of two or more ores to be separated. The ore which has the greatest concentrate inflow rate is enriched in the first chambers. If the foam contains no or only a negligible amount of this ore, the reflux of the foam is switched off and the concentrates of the ore, which becomes more slowly buoyant, are collected for themselves and especially concentrated as required.

the one used for flotation or another. This causes the foam to precipitate immediately.
PATENT CLAIMS: 1. Process for the flotation of ores in several successive individual devices, characterized in that the concentrate formed in each device is fed to the preceding device so that the concentrate and the outflows are led in opposite directions.
