Holz- Tabak8pfeifenkopf mit Innen überzug.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Holz-Tabakspfeifenkopf mit einem Innenüberzug, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Überzug aus einem Gemisch von pulverisiertem Metall und einer erdigen Masse besteht. Holztabakspfeifen mussten bisher zum Schutz gegen das Durchbrennen aus sehr hartem "Holz hergestellt werden. Will man dieselben aus billigerem, inländischen Holz herstellen, so müssen die Köpfe im Innern einen Metalleinsatz haben. Der Metalleinsatz beein- trächtigt aber den Geschmack des Tabaks unangenehm. Ein Metalleinsatz ist auch umständlich und wird leicht im Innern des Kopfes lose.
Auf Grund vorliegender Erfindung ist der Tabakspfeifenkopf mit einem Innenüberzug versehen, der aus einem Gemisch von pulverisiertem Metall mit erdiger Masse besteht. Ein solcher Überzug hat gegenüber den Metalleinsätzen den Vorzug, dass sich der Überzug den Innenkonturen des'Kopfes anschmi (1gt und dass der Überzug den Geschmack des Tabaks keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Würde man den Überzug nur aus pulverisiertem Metall wählen, so wülde infolge des niedergeschlagenen Metalls der Geschmack des Tabaks leiden, auch könnte leicht ein Schmelzen des Metallüberzuges eintreten.
Dadurch aber, dass das pulverisierte Metall mit einer erdigen Masse gemischt ist, ist die Fcuerbeständigkeit gesichert und die Haltbarkeit des Überzuges gewährleistet, also derselbe Vorteil erzielt, als wenn der Holz-Tabakspfeitenkopf aus dem teueren, ausländischen harten Holz hergestellt ist. Der Tabak aus einem solchen Pfeifenkopf geraucht, erhält einen Geschmack, als ob der Pfeifenkopf aus reinem Holz oder Meerschaum bestände.
Als erdige Masse kann Ton, Zement usw. benutzt werden ; als Bindemittel für die erdige Masse und das pulvcrisi'Tte Metall wird eine geeignete Flüssigkeit zugesetzt, die eine Bindung beider herbeiführt.
