Einlage für fertige Tabakfabrikate.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einlage, welche in fertige Tabakfabrikate, Zigaretten, Zigarren oder Pfeifentabak eingeschoben werden kann. Sie entwickelt beim Rauchen aromatische, gesundheitsunschädliche Dämpfe, welche zunächst dn Tabak gleichmässig imprägnieren, sodann sich aber auch dem Rauche beimischen, ihn namentlich bei minderwertigen Tabaksorten angenehmer machen und gleichzeitig auch den bei Raucher so häufigen Rachenkatarrh verhüten sollen.
Bisher wurden für den gleichen Zweck nur Kräutermisehungen verwendet, die dem Zigarettenoder Pfeifentabak zugesetzt wurden. Auch das Bestreuen des Tabakes mit Menthol wurde für diesen Zweck empfohlen. Das Neue der Erfindung besteht darin, dass bei ihr die wirksamen Bestandteile in eine derartige Form von solcher Festigkeit gebracht werden (z. B. Stifte, Stäbchen, Scheibchen u. dgl.), dass sie in das anzuzündende Ende des gebrauchsfertigen Tabakfabrikates, wie z. B. Zigarren Zigaretten u. dgl. eingeführt werden können, um die beim Rauchen entstehenden Verbrennungs-bzw. Verdampfungsprodukte der Einlage dem Tabakrauche beimischen.
Als wirksame Substanzen weirdji die zur Tabakimprägnierung benutzten Substanzen wie Menthol, Benzoesäure u. dgl. entweder für sich oder in Mischung mit Streckmitteln wie Kaffee, Tabak u. dgl. verwendet. Der Erfindung gemäss werden diese wirksamen Bestandteile mit Tannin als Bindemittel unter Zusatz von Wasser und Alkohol zu einer plastischen Mischung verarbeitet, die dann in die Form von Stiften, Scheibchen u. dgl. verarbeitet werden und ohne jedes weitere Bindemittel eine derartige Festigkeit erlangen, dass sie in das anzuzündende Ende des fertigen Tabakfabrikates ohne weiteres eingedrückt werden können.
Zweckentsprechend werden 15 g Menthol mit 7Y2 g konz. Alkohol gelöst. Der Lösung werden 30 g Benzoesäure zugesetzt. Nachdem durch Verarbeitung der Mischung diese eine innige geworden ist, werden weiters 75 g Tannin hinzugefügt und mit Hilfe von etwa 100 g Wasser eine zähe klebende Masse hergestellt. Durch Einstampfen von 85 g Tabakpulver erhält man nun eine pilknmassenartige Mischung, welche in Stäbchen von 0'06 bis 0'07 g Gewicht geformt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Mit Heil-und Desinfektionsmittel imprägnierte Einlage für gebrauchsfertige Tabakfabrikate, gekennzeichnet durch eine derartige Form (z. B. Stifte, Stäbchen, Scheibchen u. dgl.) und Festigkeit der Einlage, dass sie in das anzuzündende Ende des gebrauchsfertigen Tabakfabrikates, wie z. B. Zigarre, Zigarette u. dgl. eingeführt werden kann, um die beim Rauchen entstehenden Verbrennungs-bzw. Verdampfungsprodukte der Einlage dem Tabakrauche beizumischen.
