Disinfectant construction clothing fabric The invention relates to the
Manufacture of a seamless disinfectant construction clothing material in the form of a mortar
is processed and has the purpose of being on the floor and walls, that of the sponge or
are infested with substance-decomposing bacteria; disinfectant and germicidal too
works. For the production of the disinfectant building clothing material according to the invention
The hydrofluoric acid production produces fluorine-containing, sulfuric acid lime
ground and mortared with a 10% solution of sodium chloride in water
and processed. This mortar mass is used in a certain thickness as the first layer
applied to floor and wall parts and then after hardening with a
second, waterproofing protective layer, made of mortar from volcanic rock sand,
Asbestos and a hydraulic binder. Disinfectants,
which have the purpose of producing germicidal effects are already several times
known. So is z. B. known that you can use hydrofluoric acid and its compounds.
Destroying mold and similar pest nests.
It is also known that z. B. by adding calcium carbonate and slag
to the residues of hydrofluoric acid production and stirring with water without additives
of binders produces building boards and building blocks of good strength. Known
are also insulating coverings for which products of a manufacturing process
can be used, e.g. B. synthetic resin, which still has a disinfectant effect after application
Substances, e.g. B. carbolic acid or formaldehyde, excrete, so that the whole layer
has a bactericidal effect on the inner layer. The disinfectant construction clothing material according to
the invention has the advantage that for the mass of the lower layer
Wastes from hydrofluoric acid production, consisting mainly of calcium sulphate,
but still contain hydrofluoric acid residues and some fluorine compounds, creating a
germicidal effect is given, find use. These residues, which at and
for yourself with water
do not set, reproduce according to the invention
Treatment with a 10% solution of sodium chloride in water to make a mortar that
after a few hours it becomes solid and there is considerable pressure in the bound form.
and has flexural strengths.
in etwa i bis 2 cm Stärke.
This sub-layer, consisting of waste materials, forms a good, firm bond with an applied top layer of cement mortar, so that the top layer can no longer be separated from the bottom layer after both layers have hardened, even by hitting with a hammer. The disinfectant construction clothing material according to the invention, consisting of two layers of mortar, is therefore to be seen as a uniform material, in which the first sub-layer underneath has a germicidal and disinfecting effect after setting and the second upper, final cover layer prevents the hydrochloric acid, fluorine-containing deposits from penetrating from the first layer after the surface prevented. Normal known types of mortar made from sand and hydraulic binders are not suitable as a final protective layer, as they allow the saline efflorescence from the first layer to penetrate upwards and destroy colored paints and wall paints in oil etc. and cause a corrosive effect. It has been found that only a mortar consisting of volcanic rock sand, asbestos and hydraulic binder can be used for the final protective layer. The disinfectant construction clothing material according to the invention is made from the following substances, divided for both layers: For the first germicidal mortar layer to be applied directly to contaminated floor or wall parts, 100 parts by weight of fluorine-containing, sulfuric acid lime from the hydrofluoric acid production residues with a io ° Joigen solution of sodium chloride in water pourable mortar and the mortar mass applied to floors or walls, in any thickness. The solidification occurs after about 3 hours, the end of the setting is about 4 hours. The compressive strength after 28 days is between zoo and 25o kg / cm =. For the second layer, the protective layer, one volume of asbestos flour is mixed with 2 to 3 volume parts of volcanic rock sand in a grain size of 0 to 3 mm and is initially dry and made available as dry matter. Now 3 to d. Parts of this dry matter mixed with 1 part of the volume of hydraulic binder and mixed with water to form a stiff to plastic mortar and applied to the first layer of disinfectant mortar that has now set, in a thickness of about 1 to 2 cm. After 24 hours, the disinfectant construction clothing material, made from two layers of mortar, can be walked on, etc. and exerts its disinfecting and germicidal effect. Already during the application of the disinfectant mortar, in the stage of setting up to the beginning of solidification, it deposits hydrochloric acid water, which has a homicidal effect on pest nests etc. After setting and complete hardening and especially under the influence of soil moisture or moisture from wall parts, a sticky, acidic efflorescence emerges from the disinfectant mortar, which has a germicidal effect. Since the disinfectant mortar in this state cannot give off a surface that can be walked on because of its strong etching properties, it was necessary to apply a second protective layer. The final layer gives the disinfectant building material special advantages, e.g. B. Heat retention, sound absorption and gas density.
