Die bisher im Gebrauch befindlichen Karteffelgestelle aus Latten, in welche die Kartoffeln von oben hir.e ageschüttet und von unten herausgenommen werden, und die den besonderen Zweck haben, die Kartoffeln vor Veifau'en und Keimen zu schützen, erfüllen ihre Aufgabe nur unvollkommen. Vor allen Dingen nur dann. wenn täglich grosse Mengen von Kartoffeln aus dem Gestell herausgerommen werden und hiedurch die Karteffeln täglich wieder in Bewegung- kommen.
