   Um einerseits aus Melasse, die noch wesentliche Mengen von   Zucker enthält, weiteren   Zucker zu gewinnen, andererseits   Abläufe   derart zu   verkochen,   dass ein   weisser,   gut   schleuderfähiger   Zucker entsteht, wird folgendes Verfahren angewendet. 



   Dom Ablauf wird nach der Kornbildung eine Mischung zugesetzt, die aus Melasse und   Zuckerlösung besteht.   Hierauf wird in gewöhnlicher Weise weiter   verkocht. Hiedurch   gibt die Melasse mehr Zucker ab, als ihr in Form der Zuckerlösung zugusetzt wurde, und der aus dem Ablauf sich abscheidende Zucker wird durch diesen verbessert. 



   Beträgt beispielsweise der Quotient des Ablaufes 70 bis 75, der der Melasse 58
